The service technician throughly explained everything in terms I could understand since I don’t work on garage doors. Did everything professionally and cleaned up my garage cleaner than it was when he got here. Replaced everything and put up everything for two doors on under 6 hours. Very impressed with the work and love the new doors. Brent Stringfellow the technician did an amazing job and will recommend him to anyone I know in need of garage repairs.

Happy with the service. Answered phone right away and got me scheduled. They helped me coordinate with technician since he was able to arrive early. Technician (Brandon) was knowledgeable, nice, and efficient and answered all questions. He fixed the broken spring, added new rollers, and new drums/cable all in same day as I called. Can't really comment on value of price because I had nothing to compare it to. I think it was about $800 all in (parts, labor, taxes etc) but overall I am happy.
