This is not our primary home, therefore I'm not always very familiar with area businesses. I tried calling two garage door companies, just by Google searches. One didn't return my call, and the other company made two visits and still couldn't manage to get me two garage door opener remotes. I made ONE call to Precision. The lady that answered my call imidiately went into action, figuring out how they would help me on the day of my call. They fit me in their busy schedule for that day, gave me the name of the service man, and immediately emailed me a picture of him. When he got here, it took Kevin less than 5 min to have my remotes programmed and running. I wouldn't recommend anyone else, and they will always have our business. I cannot say enough positive things about this company and their employees. Thank you!

I called Precision today for a garage door opener repair. Kevin came out today and repaired the opener. He was professinal and knew exactly what he was doing. I own a business and can say that Kevin is an asset to Precision. I would highly recommend this company for any work needed. They obviously care about the customer.

I was very satisfied and pleased with the service from Precision Door Service. The gentleman, Kevin O'Hara was very quick to respond to my emergency as I couldn't open my door and get my car out. Rating: 5 Stars! I am a member of Angie's List and chose Precision b/c of the company's outstanding reviews. The technician was courteous, professional and knowledgable. He accurately assessed the situation and provided a concise analysis and recommendations to addess the issues. The technician placed the door back on track, replaced the rollers, old bolts, tightened the door's reinforcement joints, and installed a remote entry panel. I recommended Precision to two of my neighbors.

Picked your shop out of the phone book. Your man was prompt and did a nice job. He did not have a spring for my door, but gave me an alternative way to replace. So far it seems to be satisfactory. He did say I would have an invoice e-mailed but I did not receive it.

Late last week I called a service center of a major department store to replace two broken tension springs. After roughly 1-1/2 hours their tech called out to me to advise me the door was warped and I'd need a new one. I asked him what his company would charge for a door of comparable quality. He didn't know for certain, but said I was talking somewhere in the neighborhood of $3,000 to $3,500, I'd need to call their office Monday morning. Shocked, I did a search on the web, found Precision, and phoned them immediately. Allen answered the phone and I asked him for a ballpark quote. He gave me one (way, way less by the way), but he asked me why I was planning to replace it. When he heard my story, he said it just didn't sound right and asked if he could send one of his tech's over first thing tomorrow morning and take a look a look at the problem. Sure enough, Kevin O. showed up first thing. Within one minute, Kevin told me the door wasn't warped. Within 10 minutes he found the problem and corrected it. The door edge was getting stuck on the outdoor trim's casing. Not only that, he advised me the repair guy from the prior day had used the wrong replacement springs and suggested when I get them back ( are you kidding me... no way!) to insist they reinstall the correct springs. A long story, a little shorter... Kevin said much of the hardware was also worn (the door is 23 years old) so I had him do a tune-up on the door which included the replacement of the springs... all at a reasonable price. I called the service center of the major department store first thing yesterday, Monday morning... they apologized, zero balanced the charge of my account, and will be scheduling the pick-up of their springs. Thanks Allen and Kevin O., because of your honesty, I not only have a new garage door that looks and runs like new, but just like you said without even having seen the door Allen, you saved me a lot of money!!! To both of you, thanks again!
