9.6.16 Great service, great pricing. John quickly responded and provided a quote on Labor Day. Austin was very friendly and knowledgeable explaining his plan of action. Did such a great job, I had him replace the unbroken 2nd garage springs. Exceeded my expectations of completing replacements well within my limited time frame. Very satisfied and would recommend as well as do business with Precision Overhead Garage Doors Service again.

The entire experience was professional and efficient. When you call, there is a very pleasant person, Heidi who answers. No need to leave a message. I called yesterday and the garage was fixed today, Austin called prior to arriving and was on time. He explained what needed to be done and then got to it. The door needed work done to the spring pulley system that was not done properly by Overhead Garage Door less than 2 years ago. I am more than satisfied, I would highly recommend using this company. They are precise. Thank you for doing such a great job!

Selected Precision Door because they were able to get a tech. here within an hour of my call. Door opener was not working. Chris (tech), after looking at it suggested a replacement and I agreed as the old one was 20 years old. Also suggested replacing the springs and rollers. Same 20 years so I said OK. Chris was professional and answered my questions.

This was my first time to use Precision Door and I will definitely call them for any future service. The Technician, Austin, was very knowledgeable, he new exactly what to do and went right to work to get the work completed. He also gave me suggestions on how to maintain the garage door to keep it opening smoothly. He came within the time I was told he would arrive and accommodated time request. My spring got busted on Sunday and the garage door became almost non-functional. I called Precision because they were not one of the large and faceless companies and they serve my area. To my surprise, the owner answered my phone call and showed up at my door an hour later to assess the damage -- really? who answers their phone calls and works on Sundays these days! In any case, John explained all the options to me and was very flexible in scheduling the time for a technician to come on Monday. The technician showed up exactly on time, repaired the spring and tightened up all the assemblies on both of my garage doors. If the quality of the work holds up with time, I will definitely use Precision to replace my garage doors, assemblies and motors when we budget for those.

I have used Precision Door previously and was very satisfied. This time I was equally satisfied as my concerns were handled in an expeditious manner. This time I had to have new gears installed and also chose to have a new spring installed as the other one was rather old. My star raging is a 5.

This is not our primary home, therefore I'm not always very familiar with area businesses. I tried calling two garage door companies, just by Google searches. One didn't return my call, and the other company made two visits and still couldn't manage to get me two garage door opener remotes. I made ONE call to Precision. The lady that answered my call imidiately went into action, figuring out how they would help me on the day of my call. They fit me in their busy schedule for that day, gave me the name of the service man, and immediately emailed me a picture of him. When he got here, it took Kevin less than 5 min to have my remotes programmed and running. I wouldn't recommend anyone else, and they will always have our business. I cannot say enough positive things about this company and their employees. Thank you!
