The door was installed about two weeks after we ordered it, which is what we expected. The technician showed us several different options until we found the right match for us. He completed the job within about two hours. There was one small problem with the trim and another tech came the next day to fix it. Overall, we are very happy with the purchase and installation. It looks better than we thought it would!

Listened to my questions and concerns. Quickly replaced the bottom rubber seal that was broken. Provided an overall assessment on the integrity of our current garage door with some good suggestions for future maintenance work. Brett is the GREATEST person! He had to replace a damaged double garage door quickly as my home is up for sale. He was so nice to my 6 year old granddaughter, they both love music. She chatted his "ear off" while he worked for awhile but he just couldn't have been more pleasant.
