Trevor was amazing! I ultimately did not go through with the job due to not having the money at the time, but the amount of care, diligence and knowledge presented was so valuable!!! Trevor Baute was so nice that he offered me a beverage just in case I was thirsty since he was making a quick pit stop before coming to our home; amazing and very service friendly thing to do. Precision was recommended to me by a friend and to start off I was blown away by their 24/7 telephone live answering. I called on Monday evening about 7p and talked with a real person who gave me an appointment the next afternoon. My tech was Trevor and he was a great guy. He called twice to let me know his eta. He was very knowledgeable, polite and friendly. I needed a new 2 car garage door and picking out the door style, color and window style was easy. Trevor spent as much time with me as I needed to feel comfortable with my purchase and choices. If the door installation is anything like the initial visit with Trevor, I expect to be a happy, satisfied Precision Garage Door customer.

I couldn't be happier with the service I received. David and Trevor were very professional and honest. I made an appointment to get an estimate to replace my opener and garage door (I was told I should replace the door by some other companies) expecting to have to wait months for the install but 3 hours later had a new garage door opener installed utilizing my current garage door(David told me my door was still in good shape and really no need to replace it). Highly recommended.

The tech was very knowledgeable, and friendly and fast too. He did a great job. He presented 4 options. I chose all new hardware, rollers, bearings and 2 springs instead of the 1 spring my garage door came with. 2 springs is much easier on the motor he explained. Plus accepted the lifetime warranty. The price was fair and I am very happy. The door works much better now with 2 springs and all new hardware.

My garage door spring broke (with the door down), in the morning and was repaired same day. This was important since my only vehicle was trapped inside the garage. It was not possible to lift the door manually. The service repairman, Johnathan Guffey, even arrived earlier than scheduled. He worked in the pouring rain to insure same day service. He was very friendly as well as knowledgable. I have no qualms about recommending him to anyone needing same day response.

David Eilers was my technician and he was superb. He called while at his previous appointment, and called again when he was headed to my house. David was polite, professional, and very upbeat. Very knowledgeable and incredibly nice. While communicating when they would be there, they even offered to pick up lunch! Who does that? They had a 2hr window but arrived 40 minutes early. We had everything except the door replaced and they were done in less than 2 hrs. I would highly recommend this company.

They came in and showed us that replacing one opener was not as practical as both and since they were 25 yrs old good thing David was honest up front saying we may not be the cheapest they were the best and now we agree.

This is some of the best service I have ever had. I had David Eilers. My day started with David calling me and asking me if I wanted a coffee or anything from the gas station which blew me away. Once David got here he asked me all of the issues that I am having and explained every possibility that could be causing them. He did an entire inspection and gave me a layout of options to pick from. Once I picked my option David started and did not stop until the project was completed. I will use Precision for any of my issues in the future. If you are searching for a company just choose this one.

Technician was on time. Dave Eihler was polite. He explained everything he was doing. He did the inspection and told me what he found. I decided to go with the full service so l have a warranty on the work. He said the opener probably should be replaced. I decided to wait on that for a while due to tax and insurance season, but I will call him later to replace it. Wish they could have done it for free, but wish in one hand and so on. I will recommend them to my friends and relatives.

What a fantastic experience we had with getting new garage doors installed. The ease of getting the previous appointment and just the friendliness of the staff were just a welcome experience. Today we had Trevor come out and install our new garage doors and he was so friendly and just a really great guy who obviously cares about the job he does. Dave Lenhart was awesome to work with. He throughly checked all of the parts of our garage door. He explained it to me in terms that I could understand. After he installed all of the new parts he showed me how to use them.
