Brent came by at 10:30 am today...inspected our garage door problem...and made his recommendation to solve the problem. I was not surprised that we needed a new garage door opening system...as it was the original system installed 40 years ago. Brent was very professional in installing the new unit (by himself, I might add)...added stronger braces than was put in 40 years ago...and explained the new system to me very well. My wife and I can't be happier with the service he provided us today. Brent is an excellent worker on your staff...and seems to truly love his work. Good luck keeping him. I called Precision Door due to a broken spring. They scheduled someone to come out within a few hours of my call. Justin B. called to let me know he was on his way and arrived even earlier than scheduled, which was great. He was friendly, courteous and even shook my hand when introducing himself. I advised Justin that Precision had installed the door about 7 years ago and thought we had a lifetime warranty on the spring. They had upgraded their systems since and did not have records that old. However, I found the original paperwork, and Justin honored that and did not charge me a thing. He completed the work very fast and even did extra things like replacing a light bulb in the garage door opener. Justin made the whole experience great and will make me remain a loyal to Precision Door. Thank you for great service!!

To start - Justin called me fifty minutes ahead of time to provide his ETA. When he arrived he explained exactly what he needed to do to provide the information I was looking for. All of the options were presented to me with an explanation as to why a repair was not feasible. My experience with Precision Door Service happened in an emergency situation early on a Saturday afternoon. From the moment I called Amanda I knew that I was in good hands. She was kind, caring and totally professional. She took down all of my information and reassured me that someone would be out to my house in a couple of hours. To my surprise, Justin Begley soon was calling me to say that he would be over within the hour, and he was. What can I say about Justin? Everything good. He was extremely knowledgeable while explaining our problem and then he offered various solutions that allowed me to make a good and proper decision for a situation that I had not experienced before. Justin was both kind and respectful while always maintaining a strong sense of professionalism. When I made a decision on the type of repair I wanted, I was once again pleasantly surprised when he said that he had all the necessary parts to do the repairs (we decided to do both doors though only one was broken) and that he could fix both of the doors right then and there. He did great work in way less time than I anticipated. Afterwards, Justin showed me the work that was done and explained all of what I needed to do in the future to maintain the effectiveness of the work he had just completed. All-in-all, my experience with Precision Door Service was top shelf. These truly are good people who do great work!!!

Had two doors and openers installed. Bryce showed up 1/2 hour early and went straight to work. He was surprised to find he would be short handed for more than 1/2 a day, but was able to keep the project on schedule and myself informed of his progress. Great job! Help finally arrived and they knocked the job out and cleaned up all debris, actually left the garage a little cleaner than when they began. Took 10 hours total. Superior service.

We initially called due to an issue on Saturday afternoon vs normal weekday business hours. My husband googled repair options and was pleased with previous reviews so he called. Gratefully, someone answered the phone and we were scheduled for the immediate Monday following the call. What a relief because our cars were trapped in the garage! Justin Begley and Bryce were on time, professional, knowledgable, and efficient. They fixed the problem and gave us additional options for maintenance/replacement should we want in the future and there was no pressure to spend more than needed. Will def call upon them again on any future garage door decisions/needs.
