Brian was fantastic! He called earlier in the day to ensure the time still worked and called when he was in route to my home. Upon arrival, we discussed the issues in further detail. Before beginning work, he did a multi check on the whole system. He pointed out a couple things that he recommended fixing, and I didn’t feel pressured to pursue those options. He did a fantastic job in getting our new sensors hooked up. Highly recommend Precision and Brian.

My garage door was doing wonky things and I called yesterday for an appt. Brian Payne fixed the garage door today. He did a lot of work in a short period of time and I am back up and running! I never felt any pressure to buy more than it needed and it now works better than it ever has in the last 23 years. He converted the system from the track/roller system back to the wall system (not sure I am saying that correctly even though it was properly described to me) He is professional and very polite. He represents this company well and I would recommend Precision (and Brian!) anytime!

Garage door repairs including 2 new springs installed. Service Tech (Brandon Quast) was prompt, courteous, and he thoroughly explained the repairs that needed to be made. He electronically transmitted a photo copy of himself prior to his arrival for easy identification which was impressive. He completed the task in a timely manner with very satisfactory results. I have not previously use Precision Overhead Garage Door Service, but after the professional repairs that were made on my garage door, I would continue to rely on them and highly recommend their craftmanship to our neighbors.

I had never used this company before but I chose them because the reviews were so awesome and when I called they were so friendly and helpful on the telephone. They were able to schedule me in perfectly around my work schedule. The repairman who came was Brian Payne. He called me the morning of the schedule day confirm my 2-hour window of 4 to 6 p.m.. around 3:45 p.m. he called me to ask me if it was okay if he headed my way and would be there in 15 minutes. It was very nice and professional on the phone. When he arrived he did a thorough job of explaining my three options for my repairs. Each option what is a different price with various warranties. He explained the pros and cons of all three. I chose the total rebuild with the lifetime warranty. It turns out my string had broken because it was not strong enough for my 300-pound garage door. The new spring is awesome along with the rollers and all the other parts he installed. I thought my garage door was quiet before. Oh boy was I wrong! It is so quiet now you cannot even hear it! He even showed me how to program my phone to the Wi-Fi MyQ app and he changed the light bulb for me in my garage! I am very happy with your company I'm even more so happy with Brian Payne! He deserves a raise!

Precision GDS is the epitome of professionalism We have purchased a garage door opener from David Allen. He was honest with us about the condition of our old garage door opener. He did not try to sell us somethig that we didn't need. I suggested a new opener, and he had options available for us. We ended up purchasing a Liftmaster opener, and he told us that it had a lifetime warranty, which was better than our old opener. We reccomend David very highly.

After checking in with me, Brandon was able to get to my home earlier in the day than my scheduled time, which worked out great for me. He performed a thorough check on my garage door and offered me four options, thoroughly explaining what each included, but putting no pressure on me at all. I really appreciated that! I highly recommend Brian for any service you may need with your garage door. Prior to his visit he gave me a 30 minute notice and said he was stopping to get gas and something to drink. He then asked would you like me to bring you something to drink when I come. I thought that was so considerate and thoughtful of him to even think to ask. Then when he arrived he saw the problem instantly and got to work fixing it right away. He had my garage door up and working again within 30 minutes. Brian you ROCK!
