Service was here quickly and work was completed in a very timely manner. That’s the reason for the 3. Otherwise, expensive and try to sell you on hundreds of dollars of unnecessary repair work. If it hadn’t needed done quickly, I would’ve checked around and probably saved a couple hundred dollars. Should’ve been around $300 repair, I was charged $500. Again, paid for the convenience I guess.

They just took my money, promising me to send the INVOICE, but they just sent by email the SAFETY CHECK LIST. The technician ask me my credit card number. I paid, but they never sent the work order. Now don't know what I paid for or what they exactly did. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE I SPENT MY LAST DAY OF THE YEAR TRYING TO FIND SOMEBODY ABLE TO TELL ME WHAT DID I PAY FOR :(:(:(:(:

Ronnie came out one day after my initial call to look at our garage door opener. He listened carefully as I explained the problems we were experiencing, then quickly diagnosed the problem. He even showed me the burnt circuit board he removed. I was confident in his honesty and will recommend him and Precision to anyone who needs a garage door repair. Ronnie was friendly and knowledgeable, and left me with a working (and much quieter) garage door!!!
