Our technician, David Lenhardt , was friendly, courteous, and punctual. He showed me what he would need to do and then gave me the quote. It cost a bit more than I thought it was going to, but the parts have a lifetime warranty. David finished in about 2.5 hours, then showed me how to work everything. Great employee, I’m impressed with your company.

David came out on a Saturday. He Figured out what the problem was and gave me multiple options with pricing that would fix my issue. Once we picked which option we felt was the best one, he was right on it. Had my garage door working in no time. I will definitely be using these guys from now on.

Just bought a house at the end of August. Existing garage doors were 21 years old and one of the doors (there are two on the house) had been run into and was severely damaged. Not to mention they were not insulated doors. I decided to call Precision Door Service to help me with the garage door problem I had. Everything they did, from sending a person out to look over the existing doors to installing new doors, motors, key pad and such was very professional. Jonathan Guffey was one of the installers and he had an assistant. Both gentlemen were very professional, courteous, and did and excellent job of installation and removal of old equipment. They did it in a very timely manner. The whole process was trouble free. Can’t say enough about this company. I’m extremely happy with the job they did for me. Thank you Precision Door Service!

I have seen Precision ads on TV in the mornings, so when my garage door broke on a Sunday, I reached out via chat on their website before 6am on Monday. I was able to chat with someone and schedule the appointment for Wednesday. Before the tech arrived, there was excellent, clear information provided and a text was sent with the tech's picture and bio. Very impressive! Once he arrived, he was extremely courteous and helpful in answering all of my questions. I was very happy with the service! Thank you.

Jonathan is a super guy. He’s so nice and friendly. He showed us how to operate our new “black” garage door. It’s beautiful. I’ve lived here for almost 44 years and it’s the nicest garage door I have ever had. Jonathan deserves more than 5 stars. I will recommend your company to anyone. Thanks so much.

When I called the person answering the phone was very professional and answered all my questions. My wife was impressed with the number of favorable reviews. David Allen was our service technician. David call us to let us know when he expected to be at our house a number of times. David came to our house and after inspection of our garage door David gave us three options that would solve our door problems. We decided to have David replace all the hardware and garage door opener. David’s work was done very professionally and he left the garage clean and all old parts were removed

The best service you could ever ask for. Brad was polite and informative, and he solved not only one of my problems, but everything else that went along with it. It was beyond my expectations!!!! It was the best service I have gotten at my house and I have been here over 40yrs. Not only that they actually have a person who answers the phone and they let you know when they are coming. Thanks I am so happy

I chose precision because they had the highest reviews and we’ve had problems with a local service in the past. Brad did an amazing job! He was friendly and efficient and 100% concerned about safety, as I was. The bill was pricey but i would do it again (hopefully not in the next year or so ????) because of my experience and the product! My garage door not only works, but is so quiet now! And.. my husband loves the features the new motor has! Thanks Brad!

I called because one of my two overhead doors had lost spring tension. Dave was very helpful and efficient. When i found out that the spring assembly was an obsolete part, I decided to have both doors repaired, having the spring assembly and rollers replaced. Both doors work great.

David Allen was fantastic in his work on our garage door. On the way to our house, he even offered to bring me a coffee or water, which was a small but very kind gesture. Over the course of 2 hours, he clearly communicated the challenges that our door was facing. He presented options for repair and pros/cons of each. Overall, I was impressed with the reminders, introductory text message featuring David on his way over, and overall service from Precision. Easy 5-star experience with David Allen.

David Eilers was our technician and he was very friendly, informative and professional. He asked if we had questions and answered them when we did. He made sure he gave us options and never pushed us to buy what was not needed. He also gave us an opportunity to show up earlier if we wanted to, since he had a cancellation. We are very pleased with the entire service we received. We would recommend your company and David if there is a need. Thank you for a job well done!
