I was very pleased with the service received from Precision. The tech was a very pleasant and friendly guy, informative and helpful. A pleasure to talk with. The service was done quickly, quicker than I expected really. Obviously there was a cost but I given options at different price points that made it easier to make an informed decision. I would recommend this company especially if Rocco is the tech. He is an asset as he made me feel very comfortable, made the experience as painless as possible.

I contacted Precision yesterday morning for help with three different garage door issues I was having. They were quick to call me back and. scheduled a person to come out today. Kevin was incredibly prompt, very friendly and thorough. I had an issue with one of my keypads and, despite it being not a simple fix, he persisted and figured out a solution. I called Precision on May 21, 2019 because my garage door would not open; the spring broke, etc. Mr. Ranier Salcedor arrived and reviewed my problem. He gave me three quotes; two were for repair costs and one was for a replacement door. Due to the age of the door, I elected to replace my door. Ray arrived at 8:15 AM the following morning and installed my new garage door. He did an outstanding job. Ray was very professional and very knowledgeable of garage doors!!!

The result of the work is fine, but I walked away feeling scammed. I signed for a specific price, but they tried to charge me $30 more than I signed for, the eventually acted like it was a favor to remove $15 of it, and ended up paying more than I signed for. They also left with a gap in my garage door when closed. I had them come back and fix it, and they said the assumed it had always been like that. It took them all of 10 minutes to fix. If they had my interest in mind, they would have fixed it, or at least told me about it before they left. I didn't notice it until after they left. They didn't even show me that it worked before leaving, in my mind, because I would have seen that gap. Not happy at all with being charged too much in general, but they get you because you have to pay them $75 if you don't use them, for the service call. For what it's worth, I googled how much to pay for a professional spring installation, and it was $200-$300. I paid $404.

I called this morning about an issue with my garage door opener, we had a chain drive and it was only 2 years old. Ray came out within 1 hour from us calling and he had a new belt drive put in and it only took him an hour. I am very impressed with the service and lifetime warranty and no service fee! This belt drive is so quiet and I love it. Thanks for doing such a good job and I will definitely recommend this company for anyone needing help with their garage.
