I contacted Precision because my garage door spring broke and I couldn't open my door. They were listed as servicing Milford, so I contacted them. I talked with Amanda and she said the first appointment would be the morning of the next day, but would check with her technicians to see if they could come sooner. She advised me that I was scheduled for the next morning, but if a technician became , they would contact me. She was very pleasant and professional. I was contacted that afternoon by Brian and he stated that he was doing other jobs in my area and would be by that afternoon to look at my door. He texted my to let me know that he was on his way. He even asked if I needed him to stop on the way to get me a drink or bottle of water! I've never had a service person offer that, so I was immediately impressed. He looked at my door and offered me three options. I had him replace both springs. He took about half an hour and showed me that the door was operating properly and even lubricated the rollers and hinges before he left. I am pleased with the service that I received from everyone at Precision and would recommend them to anyonel

Had issues today with our garage door coming off track and one cable getting tangled. Was concerned we'd have issues getting it repaired on a Saturday. Found Precision using a Google search and gave them a call. The lady who answered was very helpful and polite. The experience continued with Brian. He called to let us know when he'd be arriving, so we could plan accordingly. Once he arrived, he was polite and very knowledgeable. We opted to order a new door as the existing one was 20+ years old and has some issues. He fixed the door so it would be operational until the new one was installed. Very pleased and love the great service!

Brian was very knowledgeable and professional. He performed a quick, but thorough assessment and was able to provide a good set of reasonably priced options for consideration, and provide details on the strengths and weaknesses of each. He did all this without a hint of pressure and was very personable. As the door and opener had been in place for at least 11 years and appeared to have had little upkeep, Brian had to replace the springs, rollers and install a new opener. And again this was done quickly and professionally, and the workspace was left clean and free of the dirt and debris that is always a part of that type of work. Would highly recommend Brian and Precision Door to anyone requiring service.
