Edward and associate were both well versed in what the door needed to open properly and repaired quickly. They assessed that springs we had were not strong enough to handle our solid wood door, also that a broken sprocket and several broken hinges werealso a cause for door failure. Precision was my choice after reading their website

John and Jimmy provided outstanding service work with superb knowledge and expertise. Having a "run-a-way" trolley to the wall with a broken plastic piece, the old age garage door opener needed replacing. Given the various options, we selected one and the men installed the system. It did not take them long at all and then we were in the testing phase. The door switch near the back door, and the outside door numeric keypad all checked good. Then John proceeded to program the door opener in 3 different cars. That was a huge help and kept me from going to the internet for help. All in all we are very pleased with the work and installation done by Precision. I would have them come out anytime in the future for any garage door service and installation needed. Top notch service-plain and simple. I called on Friday afternoon with a little emergency that needed attention and the service tech, Anthony, was here on Monday morning first thing to take care of the repair. He did an excellent job explaining what was wrong with the door. He didn’t try to pressure us into unneeded repairs, but did outline what was needed most immediately for the long term care of the door. We will do the update work on the other door later this year, per his recommendation. Which we had him take care of…. Thank you Anthony and Precision, once again for great service!

We needed to replace all of the moving parts to our garage doors, which were originals and over 20 years old. Jonathan Guffey was very helpful and enthusiastic. You can tell he is proud of his work and it showed. The work was completed the very same day and in less time than anticipated! Yesterday, I had my garage doors serviced / repaired by David Eilers with Precision Garage Door Service. David was very professional and courteous. He arrived on time and I appreciated the fact that the technician texted his picture / bio info. prior to arriving so that you easily recognize him. After extensively investigating the issue I was experiencing with my garage door, I was offered several options to resolve my problem. David was very meticulous and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. We ended up converting our older pulley, cable & spring system over to the solid torsion tube, to hopefully avoid any balance issues & excessive stress on our motors going forward. He was very efficient and wasted no time getting the job done. Overall, my husband and I were very happy with the service we received from David Eilers, and would definitely consider calling Precision Garage Door Service again for any future needs. Thank you-

We have used precision for a few years now and they wanted to charge us an outrageous amount to simply replace the rubber seal at the bottom of the garage door. I'm so sick and tired of companies who we have done work with try and take advantage of us. I'm a very loyal person and would think companies would make sure they are taking care of their current customers. On top of that the technician that came out was a little off. We will most likely not be using precision doors going forward unless they can do something about our horrible experience we had yesterday.

He presented different options and pros cons of each he answered all my questions. Very polite professional. He left my garage much cleaner than he found it

Only issue was a broken safety sensor, the technician told me that wasn’t the problem and that I needed a whole new opener motor (mine is only 2 years old) and then quoted me $1800 for the cheapest option! Ordered a replacement sensor on Amazon after this for $18, switched it out and door works fine now; I would not recommend this company, tried to upsell for something I didn’t need and didn’t fix the actual problem. If he had done any work, such as replacing the sensor, I wouldn’t have had to pay the $149 service fee but since he did nothing, I was charged this.

David did an excellent job of installing a new garage door opener for me. He even fixed a couple of issues I had with the old door. He installed new weather stripping at the bottom, moved the manual lock to the other side where it was more accessible, and made sure the door closed all the way which it wasn't doing before. My only surprise (shock) was the cost. Much more expensive than I was expecting.
