Fantastic service from Precision ! They gave me an appointment within 2 days of my initial request and arrived with everything needed to replace an outdated and somewhat unsafe 35 + year old system. The technician, David Allen, was very knowledgeable and provided several options for the replacement. I chose a new torsion system and couldn't be more pleased. It is so quiet and came with a motion detection overhead interior light, battery backup and exterior wireless key pad as well as an interior control pad with time of day and temperature features. None of these were present on my old system. Once everything was installed, I decided to request the same replacement items on my second garage door. David was able to set up an appointment for the very next day, once again showed up on time and completed the expert install in short order. Both door projects were completely cleaned up and old equipment removed. Best home improvement service I've ever had !

I had an emergency this morning with my garage door (broken cable) and was able to schedule on line for an appointment within 2 hours. Being a holiday weekend, two other Garage Door companies had offered me only appointments on Tuesday four days from now. Precision is a very professional organization, from the scheduler who takes your original call and notes all pertinent information and documents it in writing. I received a confirmation via text that my technician would be Jonathan and it included his picture and a brief bio. He was very amiable, knowledgeable and skilled. The work was completed quickly with very high quality components. You get what you pay for, so their fees are expensive, but, in my opinion, they're worth it.
