TL;DR: Prompt, efficient, courteous, and good value! We had an old style garage door and opener that started to intermittently freeze while opening and closing was completely beyond my ability to DIY. I was able to call in on a Sunday evening to book a service appointment for the following day. The techs David and Michael were fully transparent and courteous about their arrival times and arrived within the scheduled window. On arrival, they were attentive to my descriptions of the opener issues and asked a few diagnostic questions, then did a full inspection of the door, hardware, and opener to determine what was actually needed for a fix. They talked me through their assessments and several options based on my budget, and clearly explained what I did and didn't need to get my door safety operational again. I didn't feel oversold at any point, and appreciated the comprehensive advice I received. Once we selected a fix (keep the old door, but replace hardware and opener), they had everything needed to do the repairs immediately, and were able to finish in just a few hours. They promised a door that would sound and work like brand new, and they 100% delivered on that. I've already recommended Precision to another friend and will happily call on their techs for anything I need in the future.

I can't say enough good things about David and Precision Garage Door. Communication from the company to the employee exceeded all my expectations. My garage door was in serious need of repair. The "vintage" hardware was broken and dangerous. David was able to install a new system that integrated into the original door, saving me thousands and allowing me to keep the integrity of the original door. Also, David installed everything on his own in a couple of hours. I couldn't believe it. This was a big, dirty job, and he knocked it out of the park. Thank you so much!!

David had to park across Deerfield and walk thru a road construction site to get to the house. His only comment was”at least I’ll get my steps today. He made the best of a bad situation. First our response was excellent, They were my 3rd call and the others were very lax in their response and getting to me as needed. Precision came in a few hours. They even gave me follow up calls to keep me posted. Their technician was very polite and thorough with what was needed. Once we got the information we gave them the business. Once the work was finished he went back through giving me plenty of confidence the door was fixed properly. Our tech was very sharp and professional in every way. We have had homes for 50 plus years. Technicians were professional and helpful. They explained everything they found as a problem with my garage and provided me with three options to solve the problem. They kept me informed as to what was being done and upon completion of the job thoroughly explained what had been completed. They were quick to help me set up my new keypad, remote in my car and the app for my phone. They also showed me all of the new parts that had been installed and answered any questions I had. I was extremely pleased with this service and the technicians and would highly recommend Precision Door.

The men were here on time very pleasant, explained everything and went overall the options. We chose the option that best fit our needs with the quote, but when I signed and paid and then saw the price via email there was a processing fee of $62.52 for using my credit card which was not explain to us during the paying process. At that point I contacted the billing department and they agreed to remove the processing fee. They did a great job within a timely manner. I only gave four stars because of the non communication of the processing fee. I will be recommending your company, just make sure all information is communicated to your customers.
