Technicians David and Anthony were on time, diagnosed the problem, and presented a range of repair options with no pressure to accept a particular option. I was told tech would be here between 10-12. David called at 9:50 to tell me he was finishing up the previous job and he would call route, which he did. David and Anthony asked me numerous questions, evaluated the problem and then gave me option with explanations of each. They installed, cleaned up and showed me how to operate each function. I was very impressed with their courteous manner and complete knowledge of product.

Precision had come out before to replace broken springs 10 years ago. We were happy with them then, so I decided to call again when the garage door would only open about a foot. The motor, cable & belt were shot & we decided to replace the rollers, ball bearings & cables as well, as they too were either dry rotted or rusted. David E. did a great job. He arrived within the allotted time frame, and was very courteous & knowledgable.

I had noticed my garage door was a lot noisier than it should have been. I researched a couple companies and Precision was the one that looked like it was one of the best according to other peoples reviews. Called on a Friday and they could fit me in that following Monday. David Eilers and David (forgot his last name, sorry) were my technicians. Before they started, they explained all they were going to do and the options that were available to me as far as repairs. VERY PROFESSIONAL from the beginning to the end. No pressure to upsell any services, we went with the repairs that were best for us. Would highly recommend this company to anyone who asked. Added bonus, he is a UC Bearcat fan.

We called Precision when our garage door jammed and wouldn't open. David and David inspected the door and determined that the track was installed too low and the top of the garage door was rubbing against the track and getting stuck. They raised the track so the door no longer binds and also replaced the worn rollers and cables. I was impressed by how quickly they diagnosed the problem and were able to correct it. Both were very professional and explained the problem and options for keeping our door safe and efficient very clearly.

I contacted Precision because my garage door stopped working. There was an oil odor coming from the garage door motor. The operation of our 16x7 garage door had recently been very erratic, so my wife looked at online reviews and we decided to go with Precision Garage Door Service. The service van showed up on time, and the technician, David Eilers introduced himself and proceeded to ask questions and checked the various components which quickly narrowed down the problems. David had the necessary parts in his van and so he commenced to getting the job done. A short time later, he had completed the necessary fixes, explained what he had done, and demonstrated the operation of the garage door, which now worked perfectly (and quietly!). The chain on my garage door opener broke and the garage door came crashing down. I contacted Precision Overhead Garage Door that afternoon and Dave came out the following day. He was extremely polite and knowledgeable and took great care to explain his recommendations every step of the way. A new opener was installed together with a new spring, rollers and everything else necessary to make the opener and garage door like new. I was extremely satisfied with the service provided by Precision, and I would highly recommend them. I would have given them 6 stars if I could.

Excellent service from the beginning to the end. Actually even before it began, the tech, David called to let me know he was on his way and asked if I wanted a drink or something because he was stopping to get gas. We really appreciate the promptness of coming to repair our garage door. Our phone call was answered quickly and the representative answering was courteous and scheduled someone to come out that afternoon. Dave, the technician who did the necessary repairs was very professional and courteous. He took time to examine the door and then provided detailed information about needed repairs. He was at our home for about 4 hours working diligently to do the necessary work and even took time to set up remote controls from the car and keypad. If We could give more than 5 stars, we would!
