Technicians were professional and helpful. They explained everything they found as a problem with my garage and provided me with three options to solve the problem. They kept me informed as to what was being done and upon completion of the job thoroughly explained what had been completed. They were quick to help me set up my new keypad, remote in my car and the app for my phone. They also showed me all of the new parts that had been installed and answered any questions I had. I was extremely pleased with this service and the technicians and would highly recommend Precision Door.

The men were here on time very pleasant, explained everything and went overall the options. We chose the option that best fit our needs with the quote, but when I signed and paid and then saw the price via email there was a processing fee of $62.52 for using my credit card which was not explain to us during the paying process. At that point I contacted the billing department and they agreed to remove the processing fee. They did a great job within a timely manner. I only gave four stars because of the non communication of the processing fee. I will be recommending your company, just make sure all information is communicated to your customers.

Brian was very professional and came at 10:15 and worked steady untill 5:40. We talked off and on as he worked and explained thoroughly after he had completed his work. A helper stopped by in the afternoon and then David came and helped tie things up at the end. Brian worked efficiently and as he took off each piece he put it in the van to keep it out of his way. He is a very orderly worker. I’m very pleased that I call your company to get my 2 new garage doors, they work perfect and look good. I was kept in the loop as to when the parts were coming and when I could expect the work to be done. Great company and fantastic workers, police and efficient.

On March 1 2024 your technician David Eilers and his side kick showed up my house with a pretty big ego about everything, he showed me like 3 different options maybe more none I was too excited about so I told him I wanted a second opinion on what I needed and right at that point his attitude kicked in telling me my door was going to crash down and kill my wife and plenty more I won’t get into. I payed $175.00 just for an estimate and that’s how I get treated. Then he takes off with my remote and an hour and a half later has to drive all the way back to my house and still had no respect. And today March 7 2024 I had another company come out and give estimate for $19.95! And performed work in a timely manner for a total of $485.00 Precision lowest price was $1100.00!
