Precision had come out before to replace broken springs 10 years ago. We were happy with them then, so I decided to call again when the garage door would only open about a foot. The motor, cable & belt were shot & we decided to replace the rollers, ball bearings & cables as well, as they too were either dry rotted or rusted. David E. did a great job. Called on a Friday and they could fit me in that following Monday. David Eilers and David (forgot his last name, sorry) were my technicians.
