Unexpectedly, my garage door broke this past weekend and my car was trapped in my garage. As I have never owned a garage before I was a bit out of my league with dealing with such issues. I was surprised at how quick and easy it was to make a service request with Precision- I could do it all online and they had plenty of availability so I was able to schedule a service within two days. I was kept informed about my appointment and when to expect David my technician to be at my residence. I had to work that day so I was unable to be home for the repair but he was able to work with my boyfriend to assess the problem and provide me with several different service options. He called me during the process to let me know my options and explained everything to me over the phone and to my boyfriend in person. He fixed the issue the same day very quickly. I like that I was provided with different options- David was transparent with pricing and what each option covered. I like that I have a warranty on the parts as well. Precision was recommended to me by a close friend who used them in the past and had a great experience. I would highly recommend David and Precision to anyone who finds themselves in a similar situation! We also appreciate that David was a dog person and not only seemed unbothered by my hyperactive dog but entertained by him as well. Great service, fair prices, and fast appointments!

We had a repair done recently that was done incorrectly and caused more issues. This time we contacted Precision. We purchased springs, ball bearings, cable, rollers and drums to repair/restore an older, sturdy garage door. The repair is recent, but as of now, we are satisfied. David was our technician. He was courteous and professional. He answered all of our questions, walked us through the issues and presented us with 4 levels of options. We liked the text alerting us of our technician prior to arrival. It provided a photo and a short bio. The technician arrived in a clearly marked Precision vehicle. This was comforting after our last repair. Should we need garage repair/replacement in the future we would contact Precision again and request David as a technician.

Great installation. Personable and professional installe. Broke down every recommendation, and made sure to show me all the important points of failure in the initial inspection. Each issue was obvious to me when it was pointed out to me. So ended up have several hinges replaced, all the rollers replaced and a new opener installed. Pricing was high but after 27 years the prices had obviously gone up. After it was all said and done, great install, and very good pricing for all the features and installer support features made it well worth the price. Highly recommended!

David E did a great job fixing our garage door. While the problem was not what we expected, he was able to quickly and efficiently get back to working in a new order. Additionally, while I hope not to need the warranty, I am thankful Precision offers a warranty on its products! I will be using Precision and requesting David in the future as more pieces of our garage doors get older and start failing.

Garage door spring broke. Cables broke. Motor and belt were worn out. Rollers were worn. Bearings for the cables were shot. David showed me evidence of all above and left the decision up to me. After looking over many garage door service companies I decided to choose Precision. I was not disappointed. It was easy to set up an appointment. Was able to schedule same day service repair for my broken garage door. Technician, David E., was knowledgeable and had the necessary parts to diagnose and fix the problem. Repairs were done same day and the pricing was fair. David E. clearly explained the issue, provided quotes for both necessary and preventative repairs and gave helpful advice on future maintenance recommended. He was friendly and professional.

Edward and associate were both well versed in what the door needed to open properly and repaired quickly. They assessed that springs we had were not strong enough to handle our solid wood door, also that a broken sprocket and several broken hinges werealso a cause for door failure. Precision was my choice after reading their website

Yesterday, I had my garage doors serviced / repaired by David Eilers with Precision Garage Door Service. David was very professional and courteous. He arrived on time and I appreciated the fact that the technician texted his picture / bio info. prior to arriving so that you easily recognize him. After extensively investigating the issue I was experiencing with my garage door, I was offered several options to resolve my problem. David was very meticulous and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. We ended up converting our older pulley, cable & spring system over to the solid torsion tube, to hopefully avoid any balance issues & excessive stress on our motors going forward. He was very efficient and wasted no time getting the job done. Overall, my husband and I were very happy with the service we received from David Eilers, and would definitely consider calling Precision Garage Door Service again for any future needs. Thank you-
