I called your company for repair on my garage door. Explained problem in detail, made appt for the next week. The day before tech was to arrive, the office called, wanted to know again what problem was. I explained again. She said "we don't repair panels", I asked why did you schedule the appt then. I was irritated, just order a new door. Said be in in 2 weeks, 3 weeks later the door was in. Jonathan stopped 2 days before install to verify measurements and to make sure he had everything when he returned. He arrived today, installed door, no problems, made sure I was happy with the door and if I had any questions. He did an awesome job, and was very personable to talk with. Even though I got the run around at first, I am satisfied with the door and with John.

He had everything with him to complete the job at the time. When he called, he said he was going to stop and get something cold to drink, like water, Gatorade and even asked if we would like something.

Jonathan G. did a amazing job on repairing my exiting garage door. It had come loose from the frame. The door motor was old also. Jon was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained all my options. He installed a new door motor that includes a security Camara which I absolutely love and you can download the app to set up everything from your phone, along with new rollers and springs. I'm over the moon and so happy that my garage door works like it should and looks like it should. I highly recommend Precision Overhead garage door services. Jon was so nice, kind, and thorough.

The man who showed up worked hard. He was friendly and professional. Unfortunately two windows need replaced because they were plain glass windows. This is not what we ordered. We have multi garages and although we only planned to have one door serviced, John offered options for upgrading and replacing two older doors on a different garage. Precision is a very professional organization, from the scheduler who takes your original call and notes all pertinent information and documents it in writing. I received a confirmation via text that my technician would be Jonathan and it included his picture and a brief bio. He was very amiable, knowledgeable and skilled. The work was completed quickly with very high quality components. You get what you pay for, so their fees are expensive, but, in my opinion, they're worth it.

Joe- As always your garage door products, service and life time warranty is the absolute best in the industry, hands down and bar none!!! Johnathan Guffey the installer for our new opener arrived within the scheduled time, he was professional, took time to explain the issue we had with our old 11 yr old opener and installed, programmed not just the opener but also the new key pad, remote opener’s for cars both new and reprogrammed the old ones, in addition to the manufacturer vehicle push button remote opener’s in our vehicles. He answered questions and wasted no time getting the job done. He also adjusted the springs on the garage door. Johnathan was very thorough, cleaned up all trash, and made sure we were happy with the install. Hands down the only garage door company my wife and I will recommend! Be proud of the employees you have working for you sir, they are top notch and represent your company very well!
