The man who showed up worked hard. He was friendly and professional. Unfortunately two windows need replaced because they were plain glass windows. This is not what we ordered. Not only was his product knowledge and service outstanding, he was very friendly and explained everything with details that we could easily understand. The pricing is fair and transparent, and John offered options to fit any budget. The product quality and service exceeded our expectations. We have multi garages and although we only planned to have one door serviced, John offered options for upgrading and replacing two older doors on a different garage. Precision is a very professional organization, from the scheduler who takes your original call and notes all pertinent information and documents it in writing. I received a confirmation via text that my technician would be Jonathan and it included his picture and a brief bio. He was very amiable, knowledgeable and skilled. The work was completed quickly with very high quality components. You get what you pay for, so their fees are expensive, but, in my opinion, they're worth it.

Joe- As always your garage door products, service and life time warranty is the absolute best in the industry, hands down and bar none!!! Johnathan Guffey the installer for our new opener arrived within the scheduled time, he was professional, took time to explain the issue we had with our old 11 yr old opener and installed, programmed not just the opener but also the new key pad, remote opener’s for cars both new and reprogrammed the old ones, in addition to the manufacturer vehicle push button remote opener’s in our vehicles. He answered questions and wasted no time getting the job done. He also adjusted the springs on the garage door. Johnathan was very thorough, cleaned up all trash, and made sure we were happy with the install. Hands down the only garage door company my wife and I will recommend! Be proud of the employees you have working for you sir, they are top notch and represent your company very well!
