We really appreciate the promptness of coming to repair our garage door. Our phone call was answered quickly and the representative answering was courteous and scheduled someone to come out that afternoon. Dave, the technician who did the necessary repairs was very professional and courteous. He took time to examine the door and then provided detailed information about needed repairs. He was at our home for about 4 hours working diligently to do the necessary work and even took time to set up remote controls from the car and keypad. If We could give more than 5 stars, we would! I would recommend to shop around and get multiple quotes before choosing to move forward with Precision Door. We were quoted $1,500-$4,000 for a simple garage door repair. We received quotes from other reputable companies and selected the quote that provided a solution that met standard safety requirements to operate at the lowest cost. The competitor cost for the repair was $275. Over $1,000 less expensive than their lowest cost quote.

Our 20+ year old opener gave up on a Sunday morning. Precision has a real person to answer the phone (not an automated voice system). She was knowledgeable about the business and how they could help us. A technician was scheduled for the next day. Justin gave a thorough inspection of the whole garage door system. Before starting the replacement, he went over his inspection results and made sure I understood the options. It was amazing to watch how efficiently he went about assembling / installing the new opener. In addition to his workmanship, he was personable and friendly. All in all this was a five star experience.

When my spring broke and caused my opener to break, Precision came out 1 business day later. They prefaced the appointment with a call to understand what was going on and to inform me what to expect. Chris called me the morning of to let me know when he would be over and let me know he’d call 30 minutes before he was going to arrive. Upon arrival Chris spoke to me and took the time to understand the problems, inform me of their process and then present me with several options for the repair. Upon choosing an option, Chris got to work and had my door in good working order shortly and explained what he did and the warranty on the work. Very professional, prompt, informative company. Would highly recommend! NOTE: If I had to note any negative it would be as others have said the price was much higher than anticipated however I was previously unfamiliar with garage repair so I really had no fair basis for what to expect.

Tried to sell us a new opener stating no parts available for current model, said our spring was broken and new rollers needed. Quoted $2400+ dollars for all of it. Called another company, they repaired current opener and adjusted the tension on the spring. Total was $255. Deceptive business practices. You should be ashamed of yourselves!

I called your company for repair on my garage door. Explained problem in detail, made appt for the next week. The day before tech was to arrive, the office called, wanted to know again what problem was. I explained again. She said "we don't repair panels", I asked why did you schedule the appt then. I was irritated, just order a new door. Said be in in 2 weeks, 3 weeks later the door was in. Jonathan stopped 2 days before install to verify measurements and to make sure he had everything when he returned. He arrived today, installed door, no problems, made sure I was happy with the door and if I had any questions. He did an awesome job, and was very personable to talk with. Even though I got the run around at first, I am satisfied with the door and with John.

David showed up and was very nice and did a great job installing the new opener as well as replacing wore out components like the door spring, pulleys and cables.
