I had a great experience with Precision. The technician, David, had a hard time getting here with all the detours and road blocks, but he made it! He let me know what was going on via phone call every step of the way. He thoroughly explained the problem with my door, and options to fix it. He was very personable, and even texted me his picture and info about himself so I would know who he was when he got here. He fixed my door and it works perfectly. I would recommend Precision!

David was the Service Tech that came to my house. He called about 30 minutes ahead of time, so I knew when to expect him. I also received a text with his name and picture, so I knew who to look for. He was very professional and thorough. Told me what he was going to do regarding inspection. After inspection, he talked with me and let me know what he found. He showed me what was broken and told me what needed to be done. He gave me three options of what he could do to resolve our issues with the door. No pressure from him as to which option I should choose. When I told him which option, he stayed and made the repairs right then. I ended up needing a new garage door opener, sensors, Key pad, and springs. Would highly recommend.

TL;DR: Prompt, efficient, courteous, and good value! We had an old style garage door and opener that started to intermittently freeze while opening and closing was completely beyond my ability to DIY. I was able to call in on a Sunday evening to book a service appointment for the following day. The techs David and Michael were fully transparent and courteous about their arrival times and arrived within the scheduled window. On arrival, they were attentive to my descriptions of the opener issues and asked a few diagnostic questions, then did a full inspection of the door, hardware, and opener to determine what was actually needed for a fix. They talked me through their assessments and several options based on my budget, and clearly explained what I did and didn't need to get my door safety operational again. I didn't feel oversold at any point, and appreciated the comprehensive advice I received. Once we selected a fix (keep the old door, but replace hardware and opener), they had everything needed to do the repairs immediately, and were able to finish in just a few hours. They promised a door that would sound and work like brand new, and they 100% delivered on that. I've already recommended Precision to another friend and will happily call on their techs for anything I need in the future.
