Precision Door Service did an excellent job with my repairs. Firstly, good telephone receptionist, very kind and helpful. Precision Door was available Thank God. That said, the technician, my man; Brad Riley was absolutely superb. Upon arrival, he talked with my wife first as I was out briefly picking up food. When I came back Brad was in the garage. Dumped my food, checked with my wife and wife said she really liked him. Stepped into garage and talked to Brad. I say this; Brad was extremely professional, engaging, clean cut, gave me full explanations of status, an accurate short suite of options. Q. what more could a customer ask for? You will never be disappointed with Precision Door. Great folks. Lastly, never hire anyone other than a United States Military veteran. Why? they are disciplined, taught how to serve others, and they care. Brad is a cool dude.

I am typically not one to write reviews which means the service I received was excellent. Robert Bongiorno came out to repair my garage and ultimately had to replace my opener. I love the fact that the technicians call ahead when on there way, they send messages with photos so you know who you’re letting have access to your home. Mr Bongiorno was very thorough in explaining what was wrong and what needed to be done which I greatly appreciated. Great garage door company!!

I had a minor problem with the keypad for one of my garage doors. Precision scheduled an appointment very quickly and exactly for the time period I requested. My technician, David Lenhardt, was quick and efficient with the repair and then did an overall check of the system and also lubricated the doors. Very pleasant young man and great to work with. Highly recommend Precision!!

I was extremely satisfied with the service I received today. When my garage door broke early this morning I thought I would have to wait until next week to get it fixed, but they actually came out and fixed the problem very quickly. SO HAPPY with the service!!!… We bought our home last Fall and we have original garage doors (2004). The VERY loud, rattling, noise when opening/closing the doors were making me crazy. David Allen (installer) called to let me know he was on his way (even offering to pick something up if I needed it, while he was getting gas in his truck – how thoughtful is that?! ????). He also sent a text message so I was able to track his travel time to our home. He arrived right on time this morning. David explained our options. We decided to have him rebuild both garage door systems; new motors, new moving parts, etc. We also had him install a new keypad on the outside of the garage door for keyless entry. David helped me set up the myQ wireless system which is an awesome app allowing you to open and close the doors by using your iphone! One thing that was very unusual (in a great way) about David was how he boasted proudly about the company; “we work very hard to give great customer satisfaction, we have the best products, we have great training, and we always want to do the best job for our customers.” He pointed to his uniform and said, “all of this costs money; our uniforms, these nice trucks, and we take care of everything and take pride in doing so.” ???? The owner should feel very proud to have an employee speaking so highly of the company and about all the reasons why the customer would want to use this company. David did a stellar job and we’re absolutely thrilled with our very QUIET door systems!!! We highly recommend this company!

I live in a condo and have 2 garages with 15 year old garage door lifts that were on the way out. I called at 9 a.m. and David Allen was here by 1. He kept in touch with me and let me know exactly when he would be here. I had decided before he got here that instead of trying to fix them, I would just have both replaced. He explained everything to me and the price for all. I’m sure it was way more work than he was expecting to do and it took him all afternoon. He did a great job and I’m glad I decided to go new. My doors now actually open and close as they should and are quiet and smooth! I would recommend your company and David to anyone!! Thanks Precision- well done!

From the initial phone call through the final interaction, representatives from Precision Door lived up to their name - precise and professional. Dave arrived promptly, explained multiple alternatives, and explained clearly what he recommended. I asked a few questions and his responses were cogent. Although, I did not opt for the most extensive and expensive repairs, Dave, who was joined later by Robert, worked expeditiously to fix the problem permanently by replacing springs, rollers, bearings, and cables. I am grateful for people who inspire confidence because they keep the promises they make. Thank you.

They were wonderful. David explained options to me and we had my son on the phone so he could help me decide the option I decided on - new springs and rollers. I had spilled some peaches under my car and they picked them up for me and put my dumpster next to the house. They did not have to that. (I need a walker to get around.)

We saw the vans in the neighborhood and seeing them enough let us know precision must be a good company to work with. We worked with Luke and the experience was great. He was professional, knowledgeable, and made us feel like we were being consulted with, not sold to. He walked us through every aspect of our garage door system, answered our questions and provided us with honest feedback on the state of our system and what to do about it. 10/10 will be calling Precision back when we need support again.

The response time could not have been much faster. Called early morning and on site by noon. The broken spring coil was replaced. Dave Allen and Assistant (Dave) were fantastic. Explained everything thoroughly. I did have some sticker shock on the price. Dave and Dave remediated everything in about an hour. The final price seemed steep for an hour of work and material prices. I would still recommend Precision for the response time, professionalism and assurance to resolve the problem.

I would like to give a better review, but too many things went wrong along the way. After the initial visit, I received no communication, due to the fact my phone number was entered incorrectly. Luckily, I gave my wife's number as a backup. Then, when we received our initial invoice (before the installation), we were billed for an entirely different door that was much more expensive. I contacted Precision and Patrick did do a great job of straightening things out and ordering the correct door, which actually arrived sooner than expected. The installers, Jonathan and his assistant, were very courteous and professional. However, they didn't seem quite prepared for the installation. They had to go back to the shop to get a part, and once the job was finished, there was a large gap between the door and the floor because the bottom seal was too small. Jonathan said either he or someone else would have to come back to finish the job. A little over a week passed and it felt like we were forgotten, so we contacted Precision to set up a time for them to come back to install the right seal. During this time, the trip above the garage door had already started to come apart as well. When Jonathan returned, he still did not have the correct seal to finish the job, so he had to go back to the shop once again. When he returned, the seal and trim were fixed. The door seems to be fine now, but I feel like we went through a bit more aggravation than was necessary.

The first service person I think was confused. He walked around a lot with IPAD in hand and seemed to be talking to someone with ear piece and a hidden mike. After an hour of pacing he put in a new spring above the front of the garage door. A nice young fellow but appeared lost with the mechanical issues. Johnathan, who came the next day, knew what he had to do and got right to work. He replaced and installed the new parts of the operator and its parts immediately. This took some time and he gave it a great effort. I was impressed with his workmanship. He is a wonderful worker.
