I tried to call another company to come repair a broken spring. They were not able to make it out for 5 days. I remembered seeing a commercial for Precision and figured I would give them a call. They were able to come out the following morning. I was given an estimated time of arrival between 10 and 12. The technician Christopher called me at 9:00 to tell me he was finishing up his first job and would be heading my way. At 9:30 he called to say he was on his way after stopping for fuel. Christopher even offered to pick a coffee up for me. Upon arrival he took time to discuss not only the issue with the broken spring but overall function of the door, opener and second garage door as well. After our discussion I decided to address a few other maintenance items. The work was completed beyond my expectations. Christopher’s knowledge, attention to detail and customer service focused approach was second to none. It really was refreshing to have such a positive customer service experience. I would recommend Precision to anyone looking for garage door service.

Our tech did a full inspection of our garage doors, noted concerns and presented a number of recommendations to ensure we would operate effectively and safely after repairs. We loved how their approach was risk based and they never tried to sell us something we didn't need. The tech explained why certain things should be repaired or replaced for safety and presented 3 different options for us to choose from. All repairs and installation were completed right then and there and our problems completely resolved with one house call! However he also took the time to help me program the MyQ app and program the keypad. I was very pleased with the service provided.

Very pleased from the original service call for a broken spring. To replacing all the rollers and tuning the door. A frayed cable was missed at that time but after notifying the issued it was fixed very quickly. Fast forward to today noticed cable was frayed again and found cable rubbing mounting bracket . Johnathan came and quickly and professionally fixed the problem. Very happy with the timely and professional repair. Highly recommend your services whenever I can.

Jonathan was great. He was on time, actually a little early and called me twice before he came to keep me posted about when he would arrive. I never felt pressured, as he gave me an estimate on everything that needed repaired. I called because of a broken spring, but our garage doors hadn’t really been touched for over 24 years. Jonathan gave me several estimates, from absolutely necessary right this minute, to it will need to be done at some point, and to do it all for 3 garbage doors! Jonathan gets an A+
