I had a great experience with Precision Overhead Garage, they exceeded my expectations! Called for service and scheduled to arrive same day, with the service tech called indicating he can come to my home earlier. Next, I received a text with his background and a picture, which was so unexpected but appreciated! Service completed in less than an hour. Service was efficient, professional and took the time to explain the issue to me. My technician was James Schmidt, and he was very professional.

I was so relieved that David repaired my garage door. He came the morning after I called. He explained what was needed to be done. My car was in the driveway and the door would not go up. Precision Garage Door Service was excellent in resolving our garage door issues. Our door has been making loud noises for quite some time. We weren't sure what our issues were as we have had it "serviced" by another door company and evidently they didn't fix our problems at all. Christopher with Precision was excellent to work with and professional and neat and cleaned up when finished. We had to replace more than we anticipated, but well worth the price. The door is operating much quieter than ever and Christopher helped us program the car remotes and explained everything to our satisfaction including the MyQ app installation.

So with this past power outage we tried to release the door with no luck, after the power was restored when you tried to open the garage door the motor would run but not lift. My husband had seen many commercials for Precision, so he said give them a call and of course he wants everything done yesterday. Called the office and they said they could send someone out today which made my husband very happy. Jonathan was our installer. He did a complete check of everything involved with our door; he also took pictures. He explained everything in full detail to us. We had 3 options. We chose to have everything, but the actual door replaced we knew down the line we would eventually have to replace other parts. Precision is lucky to have such a great employee working for them. He is very professional, knows his stuff, very polite and very courteous of your property. If we ever have an issue with our garage door or opener, I wouldn't hesitate to call them.

Quinn our technician was very nice and professional and did a very nice and neat job. I just thought the price was way too high, He said they use premium springs that last much longer. I checked around later and found that to replace two standard springs was $325 to $400. which is way cheaper than the $1000. they charged me.

Unexpectedly, my garage door broke this past weekend and my car was trapped in my garage. As I have never owned a garage before I was a bit out of my league with dealing with such issues. I was surprised at how quick and easy it was to make a service request with Precision- I could do it all online and they had plenty of availability so I was able to schedule a service within two days. I was kept informed about my appointment and when to expect David my technician to be at my residence. I had to work that day so I was unable to be home for the repair but he was able to work with my boyfriend to assess the problem and provide me with several different service options. He called me during the process to let me know my options and explained everything to me over the phone and to my boyfriend in person. He fixed the issue the same day very quickly. I like that I was provided with different options- David was transparent with pricing and what each option covered. I like that I have a warranty on the parts as well. Precision was recommended to me by a close friend who used them in the past and had a great experience. I would highly recommend David and Precision to anyone who finds themselves in a similar situation! We also appreciate that David was a dog person and not only seemed unbothered by my hyperactive dog but entertained by him as well. Great service, fair prices, and fast appointments!

My technician today was Justin. I initially called to have a door seal changed out due to the presence of mice in my garage. After an initial inspection, it was decided that I definitely needed a new seal, as well as cables, a spring, and, rollers. Justin was very thorough and pleasant to work with. He answered all of my questions so that I could see and understand the issues. The work was completed in a timely manner. My only concern is I now have black handprints both inside and outside the door that were not addressed before he left. Other than that, I am satisfied with the completed job.
