I called because one of my two overhead doors had lost spring tension. Dave was very helpful and efficient. When i found out that the spring assembly was an obsolete part, I decided to have both doors repaired, having the spring assembly and rollers replaced. Both doors work great.

David Allen was fantastic in his work on our garage door. On the way to our house, he even offered to bring me a coffee or water, which was a small but very kind gesture. Over the course of 2 hours, he clearly communicated the challenges that our door was facing. He presented options for repair and pros/cons of each. Overall, I was impressed with the reminders, introductory text message featuring David on his way over, and overall service from Precision. Easy 5-star experience with David Allen.

I called in the morning and was just wanting an estimate on checking a garage door out and replacing the remote for it and an estimate to add an opener to another door. Robert texted me a couple hours later to let me know he was on his way. When he arrived he checked both doors out for current conditions and offered his recommendations. He did not try to sell me what I didn't need. He gave me an estimate for the repair and the new opener that i thought was very fair. I asked when he could come back to install the new opener. To my surprise he said he had everything on the truck and could do the job then. I am very happy with his work and will recommend Pression Door and use them myself in the future Thank you very much Robert.

We called Precision Garage Door Service to come out and inspect our garage door. We knew it needed some work and after watching the advertisement on television we were impressed by the fact that they had everything on the truck to fix problems that were noticed. Your service person, David Lenhardt was so polite, on time and inspected everything. I told him about the concerns we noticed and he was ready to get to work and let me know how he could help. He gave me 4 options to choose from in fixing our problems. I called my husband and he talked with him and we got all the repairs that were needed. David got to work and it was completed in a timely manner. I cannot thank you enough for everything that was done. Also when I called to set up the appointment your staff was so nice setting up the appointment quickly. I will recommend your company to anyone. We had our non-electric detached 2-car garage built in 2005. Over the years the very heavy door has been getting harder to open. I'm a tiny person and opening the door was wearing me down to the point that I kept my car outside rather than try to open it. I thought the answer was a solar-powered garage door opener... but boy, was I wrong! David came to my rescue. He called before he came out, and when he was nearby. He looked everything over thoroughly for about half an hour, running through all kinds of checks and balances. All it needed was some new springs and rollers! After I chose one of the two estimates he gave me, he actually started and completed the work right then and there! Very nice and professional, and even gave me a discount. Lifetime guarantee on the parts. He oiled the squeaks out of the lock and rigged up a strap that I can use to close the garage door when it opens so high it gets away from me. Now the door opens effortlessly! I can now open it with one hand! Unbelievable!

I was happy when I realized there was service here in Loveland. The old garage door was not responding reliably. And was not able to be fixed. Rob was very courteous, answered all my questions in a clear and patient way. He gave me instructions about how the remotes and keypads worked. I called several places but Precision Door has a local owner. They offered no service charge if the repair work was completed. David checked our door and explained that it wasn’t safe to try a fix on it that would cost us about 1/2 of a replacement. We got the door we wanted and a new opener installed in less than a week. Jonathon and Tyler were great. My floor isn’t level but they used a bigger seal to close the gap. Super polite, professional company. Every time someone came to the house they called before they left and offered to pick up s coffee or other drink for me. A thoughtful gesture from a company that gives you personal attention. Thanks for a great experience

I chose precision because they had the highest reviews and we’ve had problems with a local service in the past. Brad did an amazing job! He was friendly and efficient and 100% concerned about safety, as I was. The bill was pricey but i would do it again (hopefully not in the next year or so ????) because of my experience and the product! My garage door not only works, but is so quiet now! And.. my husband loves the features the new motor has! Thanks Brad!
