Precision Door replaced our door last year. The service was excellent so called when I had a problem. They dispatched David the same day. He remembered doing the door! Minor adjustment, under warranty. Did safety inspection. David was polite, knowledgeable and quick to find and fix the issue. If you need garage door installation or repair, call Precision. I chose this company, why because I always look at reviews and comments. They were all 5.0. We were lucky enough to get Chris as our service tech. I called within 1.5 hours + or -. Chris reached out and was at our home. He observed my reason for calling. Went through all safety side of quote. Explained each one. But not so much you got overwhelmed or did not understand. Chris is an absolute amazing tech. Conscientious, well spoken. Amazing person. Choose this company you will not be sorry. They give Veteran discount. I have to say this Chris had to get gas and he asked if he could bring us a soda. Who does that. This is what makes this company so great. The Lowe's

Our garage door broke on a Saturday afternoon. Precision Garage Door was not only open, but I didn't sit on hold and got to speak to a live person. They were polite and professional while booking the appointment and a technician, Quinn R, was able to come out that Monday morning. Quinn called before the appointment and confirmed I was available. He also sent over his photo and bio information for safety. Upon arrival he was courteous and walked me through the safety inspection. He then put together a quote with multiple options, but did not try to pressure or persuade me into buying things I didn't need or want. He worked efficiently and completed the job quickly. Quinn walked me through everything that was replaced, demonstrated that the door was balanced, and then ran an open/close cycle on the door. I am very satisfied with his work and with this company!

This was my second visit with Justin Napierala. The first was when he came during the winter when it was below freezing and stayed until the job was completed. He was so professional at that time and also this time. He walked thru his process of what he was doing with me and explained in a manner that I would understand. The issue was resolved in a short time and he also explained what to do in the event it happened again. In the future if I ever need to call for help, I will definitely ask for Justin. This is a name I will never forget. If all of the service staff are like Justin, You can never go wrong with Precision Door. GOOD JOB JUSTIN.

Chris was great He called ahead to make sure we knew he was coming and even asked if I needed anything on the way. Once he arrived, he did a full assessment of the garage door and provided me options for repair. He walked us through each of them in detail to help us make the best decision for our situation. The service technician, Christopher Woods, was excellent. Extremely nice and informative. He gave me all the options on repair or replace. I chose to repair and he was fast and efficient. Cleaned up any mess and took broken parts with him. I would recommend Precision to family and friends. The only thing the company should change is the charge to credit card users. Most people are using a credit card so either build the cost into the charge or don't charge it. This seems unprofessional to me.

My garage door ceased to operate on Easter Sunday evening. I went to the web and searched for providers who could come soon to repair. The reviews and endorsements for Garage Door Precision were fantastic. And as I found out, very well deserved. I was able to book an appointment for the next morning! Jonathan Guffey who was the repair technician contacted me Monday morning to let me know when he would be arriving. He was very competent and professional and was able to install a new opener as it didn't make sense to repair my old one due to its age and the repairs that would be needed. He took his time explaining all of the features and went over the maintenance needs and safety features. I couldn't be more pleased and I would highly recommend this company.

This is the first experience I have had with Precision Door Services. Our garage door wire broke on Sunday evening leaving unable to open our door. I called the number for PDS and my call was answered by a live person. They scheduled a service call for Monday morning between 10-12pm. I received a call around 9am from David Allen who let me know he was on another job and would call on his way to our home. David called back just before 10am to let me know he was going to stop and get gas and would be to our house shortly after. After hanging up, I received a text with David’s picture and bio (nice touch), David arrived on-time, introduced himself and proceeded to the garage to assess the damage. He explained their process throughly and said he would evaluate the damage and have a few options to review with me. David reviewed the issues he found and went over the options for repair. Once approved, David began the repairs. After completion, David went over the new system and answered all my questions. David was very polite and professional at his job. I was impressed with how efficient he was working by himself and how he took pride in his installation. I would recommend David and PDS to anyone looking for a professional garage service company. Thanks for the quick repairs.
