Our technician, Robert Bongiorno was absolutely fantastic ! He was extremely polite, very knowledgeable, no high sales pitch. He did give us 3 different options which we greatly appreciated. His work was top notch ,very thorough , making sure the garage door was safe and operated properly before leaving. Percision door also sent us reminder notices of our appointment and sent us a picture of Robert so we would know who to expect. This company is a step above all others. Highly recommended !!

Our technician, David Lenhardt , was friendly, courteous, and punctual. He showed me what he would need to do and then gave me the quote. It cost a bit more than I thought it was going to, but the parts have a lifetime warranty. David finished in about 2.5 hours, then showed me how to work everything. Great employee, I’m impressed with your company.

Just bought a house at the end of August. Existing garage doors were 21 years old and one of the doors (there are two on the house) had been run into and was severely damaged. Not to mention they were not insulated doors. I decided to call Precision Door Service to help me with the garage door problem I had. Everything they did, from sending a person out to look over the existing doors to installing new doors, motors, key pad and such was very professional. Jonathan Guffey was one of the installers and he had an assistant. Both gentlemen were very professional, courteous, and did and excellent job of installation and removal of old equipment. They did it in a very timely manner. The whole process was trouble free. Can’t say enough about this company. I’m extremely happy with the job they did for me. Thank you Precision Door Service!

I have seen Precision ads on TV in the mornings, so when my garage door broke on a Sunday, I reached out via chat on their website before 6am on Monday. I was able to chat with someone and schedule the appointment for Wednesday. Before the tech arrived, there was excellent, clear information provided and a text was sent with the tech's picture and bio. Very impressive! Once he arrived, he was extremely courteous and helpful in answering all of my questions. I was very happy with the service! Thank you.

When I called the person answering the phone was very professional and answered all my questions. My wife was impressed with the number of favorable reviews. David Allen was our service technician. David call us to let us know when he expected to be at our house a number of times. David came to our house and after inspection of our garage door David gave us three options that would solve our door problems. We decided to have David replace all the hardware and garage door opener. David’s work was done very professionally and he left the garage clean and all old parts were removed

I chose precision because they had the highest reviews and we’ve had problems with a local service in the past. Brad did an amazing job! He was friendly and efficient and 100% concerned about safety, as I was. The bill was pricey but i would do it again (hopefully not in the next year or so ????) because of my experience and the product! My garage door not only works, but is so quiet now! And.. my husband loves the features the new motor has! Thanks Brad!

I called because one of my two overhead doors had lost spring tension. Dave was very helpful and efficient. When i found out that the spring assembly was an obsolete part, I decided to have both doors repaired, having the spring assembly and rollers replaced. Both doors work great.
