Based on your high review ratings and the fact that you specialize in garage doors, Precision Overhead Garage Door Service was recommended by my brother. Prior to arrival, the Technician, David Lenhardt, called to introduce himself and to provide me with his estimated arrival time. He was timely and has excellent customer service skills. He completed his assessment quickly and provided me with the options available to me regarding the repair of my garage door without trying to upsell me.

Our experience with home repairs has been that it takes a minimum of 3 visits for the problem to be resolved. Precision Overhead Doors COMPLETELY changed our experience. They installed our garage door opener right the FIRST TIME with no problems or call backs. They do not hard sell you or fix something that isn’t broken. We’ve had them our a couple of times to service the door and adjust the sensors and we couldn’t be happier! The technicians are respectful, professional, and are really nice folks! We love Precision Overhead Doors. We wish other companies in any industry would operate with this same commitment to honesty, integrity, and the commitment to do the job right the first time. Highest praise and regards for Precision Overhead Doors. Call them. One of the best calls we ever made!

It was my first repair on our garage door, and I was pleasantly pleased with Robert's diagnosis and options for repair. It would not raise the door He explained it well to me and agreed to speak on the phone with our son with a full explanation. The springs that were up were not adequate for our double door and not up to safety standards. A torsion system was installed and old coils removed. All was completed in about an hour. Did not expect that repair, but do feel comfortable with the additional safety involved. Would recommend company especially Robert to others in need of help. He had all the parts needed on his truck and was able to fully repair the door with a full 100% warranty. All was cleaned up by Robert and would get back to him if possible.

If you had six stars, I would have selected that! The technician, David Lenhardt was very professional and efficient. He called in the morning to let me know he'd be here for the scheduled appt. And again called to inform me he was on his way after he filled up the truck, and asked if he could get me something to drink while he was there. He showed up at 12:30, and completed the repairs after going over what needed to be done. If I ever need any other garage door repairs, this IS the company I'll call. thankyou,

Service Technician David did an outstanding job. Our garage door springs and mechanism was 17 years old and never serviced since that date. It finally failed. He replaced the springs, bearing, and rollers. Tested it and it works like new. I recommend David Eilers to all future customers. Courteous, explains everything and works diligently. He called me several times before the repair to update arrival time. Precision Garage Door is extremely responsive. I called and they provided service the same day. Amazing response time. It was a pleasure to get a courteous live agent immediately. She was very effective too. Well done by all and thank you. I’ll use Precision again.

Very pleased. Had an older door (original) and wanted a reliable door for years to come. Door was in good shape but rollers, spring, cables and opener were in need of replacement. I will recommend Precision to anyone. They were prompt in getting us a appt for our issue. Our technician, David Eilers, was thorough, informative, knowledgeable, and explained everything to us when he was finished fixing our issue. He even offered to bring us coffee before he got to our house which I thought super nice!! :) Thank you for everything. David was an experienced technician who ended up having to install a new door opener. He did it quickly and thoroughly. I had heard about Precision from a friend and on the TV ads. I had checked with the BBB and found their rating was very good. Everything was a five star rating.

Our technician, David, was great! I had a few items we were concerned about and he took the time to explain the issues. He patiently waited (about 10 minutes) til my husband got back to explain in detail, again, the issues and what he could do to solve. He was able to do everything while he was here, which was a great plus. David was very professional and easy to communicate with. Our technician, Robert Bongiorno was absolutely fantastic ! He was extremely polite, very knowledgeable, no high sales pitch. He did give us 3 different options which we greatly appreciated. His work was top notch ,very thorough , making sure the garage door was safe and operated properly before leaving. Percision door also sent us reminder notices of our appointment and sent us a picture of Robert so we would know who to expect. This company is a step above all others. Highly recommended !!
