We were happy to be able to get a quick appointment to have the garage door serviced. David Eilers was very courteous and explained everything very thoroughly. After he replaced the springs, bearings, cables, and rollers the door now is very quiet and operates as smoothly as new.

The technician was very polite and knowledgeable. He also informed us of his delay in arriving, because the previous job wanted additional work done. This was very considerate and was much appreciated. He finished our repair in a timely manner.

I had a trapped car to do a broken spring. My usual door company couldn't come out for 3 days! I called Precision and they came right out. Very friendly service on the phone. The technician came out and fixed the springs with no problem. Also showed how my previous company had been replacing my springs with cheap ones that wore out every 2000 openings and gave me the option to pick any of 3 different grades of springs. No pressure, just gave me the facts and answered any questions. very knowledgeable. Great job!

I was having issues with my garage door not wanting to close consistently. It hadn’t been serviced in several years so I wasn’t sure which company to use. However, after looking for companies in my area and reading their reviews, I went with Precision Overhead Garage Door Service. The tech, Justin, was very professional and explained the areas of concern in great detail and in such a way that I felt confident in my decision to use Precision. I am very pleased with the repairs made and would highly recommend them to my friends and neighbors!

I made an appointment with Precision Door due to seeing daylight coming into the garage from a few spots around the perimeter of one of our garage doors. Thanks to the thorough inspection Seth Boyers performed, he found the belt frayed in a couple spots which would have failed in the near future. A “surprise” garage door failure is never a good experience. Our new opener is a welcomed relief. Seth was very professional in our discussions and in his work. His workmanship was noteworthy. It was one of those hot and humid days but it didn’t seem to bother him. Seth is welcome back on any future job. Steve F

Great service provided. Was able to get an appointment within a few days after I had a a spring failure. They looked over my garage door and motor and provided some options on how to proceed, talking me through the whole thing. Happy with the quality of my install and feel confident with everything. Would work with them again.

Wonderful experience, first company I called with great reviews that could come out the quickest. Very friendly and professional service. We were given many options to choose from with the repairs that were needed. Once our new motors were installed we were walked through the set up process with both doors, keyless entry pads and the app on our phones. Dave also programmed our cars with the new remotes. Just an awesome experience all around.

I chose to make an appt with Precision due to 1. Facebook ad and 2. reading reviews. I was not disappointed. My garage door opener was opening but not closing. As soon as David Eilers from Precision showed up....true story...the remote worked! Open and close! The man is a magical unicorn. Gladly paid the service call for all over inspection. I will ALWAYS call Precision based on my encounter today! Thank you, David!

Brandon was a very kind, honest, person without any pressure... he made sure we understood the product and wanted what we bought, and so far, it is a great improvement on what we had... we would recommend him to anyone that needs help with a garage door, or opener system... We enjoyed having him as our salesperson and installer also... also enjoyed learning about his family ... He should be a great plus to your business... We had many things repaired/ replaced, but could not find a way to make that known on your review... Jesse and Kay Henderson
