Justin Napierala was professional and courteous . He informed me of the problem with my garage door and repaired it in a timely manner . Also did a maintenance PM on my door as it has never been serviced in the past 12 years since it was installed.

The spring and cables broke on my garage door broke Tuesday night 3/4/25. Called and made appointment for Wednesday 3/5/25. Johnathan came out and accessed the situation, gave me 3 options for repairs. After I chose which one I wanted he quickly made repairs and explained what he had done. He was very personable and knowledgeable and a credit to your company.

I'm glad that your company offers same day service. Johnathan, the technician who came and fixed the problem with my garage door did a great job. He was professional and appears to enjoy his job. He is down to earth and polite. He was able to answer all of my questions.

The service is eay over priced and the technician was very pushy. I had to ask him to leave multiple times because I wanted a second opinion. He tried to start the work before I was home to give and consent. He also tried to sell us a new motor when mine isn't broken. He wanted $1900 for a conversion unit. He also lied telling me that the company that built my garage was out of business. They aren't. Then he tried to impose a service charge when the website clearly states that there isn't one if no work is completed. Do NOT use this company.

The service provided by Jonathan Guffey was excellent. He explained what he was going to do before he did anything. After assessing the issue I was given a clear path and options to try first to resolve the problem. Jonathan was very efficient with his time as we tried one item by one to correct. In the end he resolved the problem, as I mentioned the work was completed in a timely manner for the amount of work he had to do. He assisted with setting up the new keyless entry and the wireless connection with the MyQ app for remote operation. Extremely polite and not pushy with his time. Very pleased with the work he completed.

Anthony was AWESOME! He showed up when he said. He clearly explained my options. This included just replacing my broken springs to upgrading some worn components to installing a new opener and door if needed or wanted. My opener was installed in 1991, and on borrowed time I'm sure. I opted for new springs, bearings, cables, rollers, and a new side mounted motor (which hooks directly to the spring/shaft assembly and totally eliminates the track and motor assembly from the ceiling). This provides for a much cleaner look, and a more direct transfer of power to raise and lower your door. It is also VERY quiet!

They assessed that springs we had were not strong enough to handle our solid wood door, also that a broken sprocket and several broken hinges werealso a cause for door failure. Justin was awesome fixing the garage door issue at our house today. He took time to hear what the issue was and then worked, in 38 degree garage, to get the garage door working. During testing, he noticed the door wasn't opening quite as it should and so he replaced the springs as they were working as expected. After several adjustments and up/down tests, the garage door is now working properly and efficiently. He also walked me through regular maintenance is needed to keep it working. Thank you Justin, 5 stars!!!
