Their customer reviews and the BBB rating is another reason I chose them. We had a repair done recently that was done incorrectly and caused more issues. This time we contacted Precision. We purchased springs, ball bearings, cable, rollers and drums to repair/restore an older, sturdy garage door. The repair is recent, but as of now, we are satisfied. David was our technician. He was courteous and professional. He answered all of our questions, walked us through the issues and presented us with 4 levels of options. We liked the text alerting us of our technician prior to arrival. It provided a photo and a short bio. The technician arrived in a clearly marked Precision vehicle. This was comforting after our last repair. Should we need garage repair/replacement in the future we would contact Precision again and request David as a technician.

Great installation. Personable and professional installe. Broke down every recommendation, and made sure to show me all the important points of failure in the initial inspection. Each issue was obvious to me when it was pointed out to me. So ended up have several hinges replaced, all the rollers replaced and a new opener installed. Pricing was high but after 27 years the prices had obviously gone up. After it was all said and done, great install, and very good pricing for all the features and installer support features made it well worth the price. Highly recommended!

My technician was David Eilers. He was very professional and knowledgeable and not pushy. He gave me a window of 2:00-4:00pm and he arrived at 2:00pm. He quickly installed a new garage door opener and key pad.

We needed help with our garage door after the spring broke. Justin did a great job inspecting and explaining some of the other issues that were contributing to the spring failure. The parts were old/worn and putting a lot of strain on the opener. He was willing to take the time to address my questions. He was very efficient with the repair process and able to complete a full rebuild and new opener installation in about 90 minutes. Very pleased with the finished project.

Justin explained all our options very well, to get the two doors operating efficiently again. Gave us different cost scenarios to choose from and what each package would include. No pressure, and explained things very well. We are more than satisfied. Only issue was the inability to get any of the car remote buttons working from my Lexus, and the inability of getting the second button to operate from my wife’s Toyota, both which worked properly with the old openers. Explained we would have to have the dealer probably alter the program. A little frustrating, but apparently not the fault of the new equipment, nor Justin’s fault. Not a big deal. We can get that hopefully easily resolved the next time the cars go in for service. Thank you!!

Garage door spring broke. Cables broke. Motor and belt were worn out. Rollers were worn. Bearings for the cables were shot. David showed me evidence of all above and left the decision up to me. I chose to do it right. David is very organized and does not cut corners. Clean quality work. Next day service. Quality materials. Exceptional workmanship. David really knows his stuff.
