Kevin O'Hara did a great job from start to finish. He diagnosed several issues with both garage doors and presented options to remedy the issues. Both doors are quieter now and are running like new.

Our garage door was getting stuck when closing. I looked at many reviews from garage door repair companies and Precision looked the best to me. Many great reviews and rated highly. It was very easy to schedule a technician and Chris was excellent. On time, informative, friendly and answered all of our questions. Couldn't be happier. Highly recommend this company! Thank you Chris for a job well done.

Technician was early, and very professional, and knowledgeable. He explained everything I need to know. I did call your company because of the TV ads...it sounded like a very caring company. I did give his a suggestion to ad to your promotions about having everyone have their openers checked

Kevin O'Hara was very Informative, Professional, and Helpful. He explained the process of the initial inspection. He gave me a variety of options to make my garage door functional again with safety in mind. Finally, he showed what a new unit would cost to replace my old warn out garage door unit. In the end we came up with the best solution for me. Very thorough. Good job. Satisfied Customer.

I booked an appointment online and Seth the technician said he was done with his other job early and asked if he could come early and of course I obliged. He was very upfront about the pricing and gave me options and was very thorough explaining the system and why the system I had failed. He did a great job on the install a lot quicker than I thought he would. The price for what I received in my opinion was pretty good. I would highly recommend this company and Seth.

Chose Precision Garage Door after reading other reviews on line. It was easy to set up an appointment, and the employee that took my information was polite and professional, The technicians arrived at my home promptly, explained what they would do, and got right to work. I was shown what needed to be done, and what my options and costs would be. I did not feel pressured, just informed. The job was finished that afternoon and I was totally satisfied with the results. David the technician was hard working and polite despite the heat of the day.

Service technician: Christopher Woods. Timely arrival, clear and concise explanation of service options, and swift completion of stated work characterized this visit. I purchased multiple products (including springs, rollers, cables, and garage door opener) to repair an erratically functioning door opener. The total cost was far in excess of what I anticipated. However, this was an investment in a functional system under warranty.

Great customer service and Jimmy was phenomenal. He explained what was wrong with our garage door and provided a “good, better, best” option for fixing and improving longevity. Jimmy was incredibly patient with me, I kept him waiting a few times while I was working from home and preparing for a family reunion visit. I will absolutely be call Precision next time it’s needed and will ask for Jimmy!

Very responsive to my inquiry. My technician Jonathan was very thorough and courteous. He explained multiple options and I ended up going with the option I felt best fit my needs. The job took approximately an hour and he cleaned up afterwards. Liftmaster is a solid product and my wife and I are happy with our new garage door opener. This product is whisper quiet when opening and closing.

Jonathan was prompt, friendly and very knowledgeable. Our garage door unit was a total wreck. The main spring was broken and the cables were frayed and the rotor wheels were cracked. Jonathan had to break in the door to gain access. Not an easy task to do with a dead weighted door. Excellent service with a lifetime warranty.

Chris Woods did a great job explaining what needed to be replaced on both our garage doors. We actually had an emergency where my garage door would not open because the spring was broken. Precision came the same day too. We wound up having Chris replace the worn out parts of both garage doors. Great service, thank you!

I appreciated the photos and brief bio of Seth before he arrived. Seth was punctual, professional and courteous. He not only resolved the issue with the garage door closing and then opening right away, but he was thorough examining all the parts of the door, making sure everything was working properly and efficiently. I will certainly contact Seth for any other garage door issues that may arise.
