Service man inspected all elements of the garage door opener and provided three options for consideration. I decided to upgrade my equipment to fix my problem and replace some old equipment. The changes also came with a lifetime warranty.

I had great service from Precision. I came home late Saturday night and couldn’t open my garage door. I figured out the spring broke. I chatted with Precision on Sunday morning and made an appointment for Monday morning. My service guy David was super friendly and helpful and got me set up with new springs. I also had them replace cables and rollers because they were rusted. Also found out that the opener had some burns on the board so he replaced that too. Got it all done that morning. Super pleased with the service and now I have a super quiet opener and I can get my car out of the garage. Thanks!

Your Service Tech. Garrett Karns was very professional. He explained everything in detail & pointed out what needed to be replaced on the door to make it operate safely. We knew we needed a new opener, ours was over 32 years old, but we were not aware how unsafe the door hardware was until Garrett pointed it out. So grateful he did. David spent a considerable amount of time both talking to Customer Support and finally connecting our smart phones to the garage door opener. Object was in path of door as it was closing and thru door off wack. I purchased 2 new springs approximately 1 1/2 years ago . I had to get my car out so I manually disengaged my door and unwrapped the cable that came off track to open door, I then closed my door. Tech said that since I Tampered with the door I had to get 2 new springs at 383.00 a piece. Cost close to 800. Bucks to put it back on track. Horrible policy. I should have called in sick cause it cost a week pay. I called and nothing. My advice is if you have new springs and mess your door up , DONT TOUCH IT. Call and sick and sit in your garage so no one robs you.

Not sure what I was expecting but $175 later for a diagnostic fee that the garage door opener can’t be repaired through your services I guess I thought it could be re-connected until I could call my existing garage door company for a full work up There was no product purchased, and there was no repair done even though as far as the survey it won’t let you submit unless you choose an option of a repair, but there was no repair done

We had some issues spring up over the weekend with our garage door. David came out on time and provided us several quotes based on what we discussed initially, and even pointed out the same problem was beginning on our other door. He was very informative and described exactly what he’d be fixing up front. I bought openers from Precision over a year ago and was impressed by the professionalism of the technician and the way everything was explained and the emphasis on safety. Per my computer query I received a call from Angi's list and arranged a date and time for service. Became aware of Company when I received a call notifying me of time of arrival. Technician arrived timely, analyzed the situation and presented me with options. He performed the repairs in an efficient, effective manner. The dispatcher was personable and able to get a service technician out the same day I called. David the service tech was on time and provided a detailed estimate and explanation on what needed to be done to properly repair the broken spring on our garage door. After further discussion I suggested replacing the other springs and rollers as they were all the same age. David said he had all the parts needed and would be able to complete all the additional garage repair work I requested that same day. I was very pleased with the final results and the 7-year warranty provided by Precision.

I chose Precision Overhead Garage Door Service mainly because of their reputable reputation. Also, I liked the idea of the trip charge being deducted from the overall cost of the service.(Other companies that I called, that was not the case) We called them on a Monday, and they were at our house by Tuesday at noon. The technician was very knowledgeable and friendly. He did the work that day and he did a great job. We were very pleased with the service.
