Everything went perfectly. My technician, Jonathan Guffey, explained everything that would be helpful to do to keep my door running smoothly, and he arrived during the window provided. He replaced most moving parts. My reason for calling was that the door was running kind of roughly, and I could see that some of the rollers looked worn. It appears to be running very smoothly. We have used Precision Overhead for at least 13 years, and I really didn't consider calling anyone else. Jonathan was totally courteous and professional.

I called to get an estimate on replacing my garage door springs. I needed to convert my springs from Wayne dalton system to new system. David was very friendly and a good tech. However the estimate that I was given was out outrageous. It was 1500 to replace the springs. Within minutes of them leaving I contacted a local company that is installing on Friday for 600.

From the first words out of the serviceman's mouth I knew he was going to find so much wrong with my door; I only needed a wire reconnected to a bracket to get my door working a gain, I was given three estimates ranging from $612.32 $836.72 to $995.84. I only needed one item your quote showed - a bottom bracket for $61.54. YOur add says we are not sales people, well, that's a joke. I told your guy we were having a lot of medical bills right now and could not afford anything but to get the cable reattached. Didn't seem to phase him did it? Oh yeah, after I told him I could not afford anything like these amounts, he proceeded to tell me there was a $175 service call.

Our garage door opener stopped working with the remotes. David was very nice. Did an inspection and took pictures and explained everything. We have several problems with the door. Cracks going through the panels. Two different springs. So we fill the door is unsafe.

They were professional, technician knew his job well. Replaced spring, cables and rollers done in about an hour, door was better than when it was new. Don't know if $927.00 was that high but was worth it. Would highly recommend.

Door wouldn’t open they sent a tech at quickly when the tech arrived he was very nice. However you could tell they are only trying to sell new stuff not repair, after looking a belt failure was found to be the problem I was told they no long made that belt and the only option was a 1300 dollar complete new opener, 2 minutes on Amazon and I had found the belt and will be doing the repair myself. The feeling I got was they are out to make as much as possible and don’t really care to fix the stuff that broken but just reinstall new and at rather high prices at that.

Garrett was my technician and did a masterful job of diagnosing the issue that has been going on with my five year old garage door since it was new. The company that installed it, who shall remain nameless. Try to fix it on three different occasions, and was not able. Garrett diagnosed it within 15 minutes of being at my residence Showed me the issue and gave me several different options. The door has never been quieter or worked better.
