The man who showed up worked hard. He was friendly and professional. Unfortunately two windows need replaced because they were plain glass windows. This is not what we ordered. My name is Rice . I've seen a lot of TV ads about Precision and I checked out the website and was pleased to see that there is a Brown County location which services my area. So often companies advertise their services in our area but fail to offer service here in farm country . Therefore we are relegated to service folks that are handy men who farm or relatives with little experience. Justin was a PRO. He was very polite and patient with my many questions. He worked quickly and efficiently and cleaned up the packaging and removed the rail and motor. Many people do not have the ability to work and talk simultaneously for some reason. Justin did not waste time and is meticulous even with securing the wires from the motor in a tight, neat manner. Nothing was slipshod ; he pays attention to the details and is very articulate in his explanations. It was pleasure to do business with him . I think Precision Garage Door made a great decision in hiring and providing training ( 5 months of training!) . He's a credit to your company!

Brian Hauser from Precision Overhead Garage Door Service of Cincinnati was an ultimate professional. He was prompt, let us know he was on the way and when to expect him. It was an emergency service and Brian took us through everything he found as he did a thorough inspection and then presented good, better and best options without being pushy. He repair everything and left the garage cleaner than he found it. Would absolutely recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door Service!

Tech Brian Hauser visited my home on 6/5/24. I agreed to have him return on 6/8 in the AM to complete the install. He rang me & stated that he would call me again when he was 30 minutes away from my home. As of 2pm-ish I called to get a status. I was hung up on 4 times before I could reach anyone (ANNOYING). Once I reached an agent, he advised that my install was cancelled twice on 6/5 & transferred my call to Karen. Karen saw exactly that the prior gentlemen saw & asked if she could investigate & call me back. She did & advised that Brian would have to work after 5pm & I advised that this is NOT what I agreed to. I had plans after work & the garage should have been finished hours ago. Now I understand why Brian was begging me to give him a score of 5 (which was the focus of how he makes his bonus & to expect excellent service. I NEVER SUBMIT REVIEWS UNTIL THE WORK IS FINISHED. PERIOD!!!! So far, I'm giving 1 star if I could give a 1/2 star I would. My time was wasted waiting on the tech & no follow up calls were ever made to me I had to call Precision. This is NOT good customer service. If my install isn't completed on the morning of 6/10/24. I will request a refund of my down payment. My previous experience with Precision was excellent this one is AWFUL!!! To date NO services has been performed!!

I received absolutely amazing service from the lady (Latoya?) who answered the phone yesterday to Justin, who did my service today. I was so grateful for his honesty. He text me and called me to tell me when he would be here. He was very courteous and patient. Justin was knowledgeable and explained every step to me. I actually only did what was under warranty, and I really appreciated him, telling me all the options and his honesty. my garage door was put up in 2020 I believe by precision garage door. Interestingly enough, you were the only one who answered the phone and the service was amazing then I'll definitely be promoting you in my neighborhood friends and family. Thanks Justin! I was very impressed by the response and service of Justin Naiperala and Precision. I scheduled on line on Sunday night as the springs on our door broke. Justin called and checked in and let me know that he was finishing up a job and would call me when in his way. He called and was running early and it worked out great for my schedule.
