My garage door opener had periods when it wouldn't shut and was very hard to open manually. Brian reviewed it proveded 3 options and explained how each would correct the problem and the extra 2 options would prevent future problems. It was a little more expensive than I had hoped but now I have a lifetime warranty. Brian was very professional and completed the work very quickly.

I was having problems with my garage door springs and an appointment was made within two days. The technician (Robert) showed up on time and was extremely courteous and professional. He performed a complete inspection of the door and made recommendations on what was necessary and a few that were optional. Once I decided on what I wanted done he got to work and was finished much quicker than I expected. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service.

He showed me the problems with them and gave me options for replacement. Brian was on time and completed the work and installation as estimated. He then demonstrated all the safety features and operation to my complete satisfaction. Brian Payne is an excellent technician and communicator. Brian was excellent! Exactly on time, courteous and professional. He diagnosed the problem and replaced the twenty five year old motor and springs in about an hour and a half. It’s great to have this door work again. Very good experience. Highly recommended with a definite 5 stars.
