Technicians were professional and helpful. They explained everything they found as a problem with my garage and provided me with three options to solve the problem. They kept me informed as to what was being done and upon completion of the job thoroughly explained what had been completed. They were quick to help me set up my new keypad, remote in my car and the app for my phone. They also showed me all of the new parts that had been installed and answered any questions I had. I had an emergency this morning with my garage door (broken cable) and was able to schedule on line for an appointment within 2 hours. Being a holiday weekend, two other Garage Door companies had offered me only appointments on Tuesday four days from now. Justin showed up on time and after examining all 3 Garage doors including the broken one, offered clear choices for repair/upgrade. The work was done efficiently. Brian came for a time to help. I am very pleased with the whole process and Justin. Would recommend this company whole heartedly!

Then read reviews and nothing alarming stood out. I was very impressed with the service and guidance provided. Justin, our service technician, came out to fix a small problem I was having with the keypad. He arrived on time and kept me posted of his arrival time. He was very friendly, explained how he would fix the keypad and he commented that he would do a thorough check on the door to make sure it was in great working order. Precision is a very professional organization, from the scheduler who takes your original call and notes all pertinent information and documents it in writing. I received a confirmation via text that my technician would be Jonathan and it included his picture and a brief bio. He was very amiable, knowledgeable and skilled. The work was completed quickly with very high quality components. You get what you pay for, so their fees are expensive, but, in my opinion, they're worth it.

The men were here on time very pleasant, explained everything and went overall the options. We chose the option that best fit our needs with the quote, but when I signed and paid and then saw the price via email there was a processing fee of $62.52 for using my credit card which was not explain to us during the paying process. At that point I contacted the billing department and they agreed to remove the processing fee. They did a great job within a timely manner. I only gave four stars because of the non communication of the processing fee. I will be recommending your company, just make sure all information is communicated to your customers.

Explained why replacing other parts besides the spring would be beneficial to the life of my current garage door.
