After calling overhead door and AE door no services would be available until the next day. Asking the cell phone we got your phone number. We had 2 cars stuck in the garage and had appointments. George came and took care of our problem very quickly. His iservice was excellent and even added an extra spring which made the door operate smoother. Thanks to George he saved our day. Really happy with the installer very nice and took time to explain what he would do then after went through how to operate the garage door opener how it worked and the features. Done in a timely manner. Got them out the same day I called and on time. HAPPY with the price I was charged. Will recommend company without hesitation.

Precision was awesome! I got an appointment quickly and George was the best! He was on time, explained the issues to me and my options, including answering all my questions. When he finished he showed me how to use all the pieces and cleaned up all the materials, taking them with him. I couldn't be happier! I called on a Friday about one broken spring on our garage door. Greg, a professional and prompt technician arrived Saturday afternoon. We inquired about replacing the 2nd door’s spring since it was older, and Greg was able to replace both in 1 1/2 hours. No extra charge for Saturday service. Great service!

I was not familiar with Precision before today, but I would call them again in a heartbeat. They were the only company who was willing to work us into their schedule today, as our door just broke this morning. Then, George showed up RIGHT at 2pm for a 2-4pm window, which is unheard of, but so appreciated. He was super friendly, quick, and professional, and the price was extremely fair. I would absolutely recommend them again!

PUNCTUALITY, Expert in their professions and does the work without hesitation. Skillful and hard working. Charges are liberal and gives discount for seniors. Hope everyone be like them, kind and helpful. I am forced to say this because in May 2018 I had to gix my closet and other some work fixed. Hired Jolly Plumbers for their rate was slightly less. But they took money without completing the work and next day fixed new closet which was not new but broken and still leaking. There are very honest and kind people loke your company. God bless.

There seems to be a lot of garage door repair service companies out there, and many with similar names. But if you are unsure who to call, from my personal experience THIS is the company you’ll want! I had my door springs installed by Precision Overhead Garage Door Service 10 1/2 years ago, and bought the lifetime warranty for “free” springs replacement. Yesterday evening one of the springs finally wore out (after 10 1/2 years of daily multiple use) and broke. I called the toll free number on my original receipt and mentioned the warranty and the broken spring. They set up the service call for the next day (less than 24 hrs. later) and setting a time that worked for me was EASY (they were totally flexible). They were proficient at confirming my appointment by text (including the technician’s name (“George”) & bio, and when he was on his way). He arrived on time (even earlly), was friendly and knowledgeable, and did an exceptional job replacing with two new springs and of course they honored the warranty with zero charge. (Even though this was serviced by the local franchise (“precisiondoorcincinnati.com”) that didn’t even exist yet when I bought the warranty from the original parent company over 10 years earlier. (The tech also said that my NEW replacement springs are also covered by the originally purchased lifetime warranty, with possibly only a service call fee in the future but no charge for future replacement springs). I would highly recommend “Precision Overhead Garage Door Service”!!!

Kevin was our door technician and we are very satisfied with him and his service work. He arrived at the scheduled appointment time and even called 15 minutes before arrival to let us know when he would arrive. He looked over our situation and explained what he would do to fix it. My husband backed into our garage door at 3:45pm today (Labor Day weekend) !! I was not very hopeful that I would find a repair business at all much less available to come and fix my door between 4-6pm THE SAME DAY!! I called Precision and was answered by a REAL person!! She said Terry would be out between 4-6pm .... at 4:18pm I got a text from terry that he was on his way... he came quickly, sized up the situation and made the repairs in less than 20m !!! All for an incredibly reasonable price !! Plus he played with my golden doodle Mylee for a minute lol !! I can’t say enough good things about Precision Door Service !!!
