Called at noon, service guy arrived at 2:30 and had the job finished in an hr. or so. Courteous , competent service and quality parts. A bit pricey yes, but worth it. You get what you pay for

After more than a week without an operational garage door while a family member tried to fix it, I called Precision. Even though I called after hours, I was able to get an appointment the next day, and the repair was complete within an hour. Plus, the bill from Precision to fix the problem was less than what I had already spent for the do-it-yourself-er to NOT fix it over the past week. Learn from my mistake: If your husband or friend says he can fix your garage door, just call Precision.

I give the company a five star ..super fast service and super great technician (kevin) he worked fast and knew his business to perform great service getting my garage door working ..would highly recommend the company and the technician ..overall super happy customer and yes I would recommend precision to anyone that needs work as super fast appointment time and on time as he called just before he arrived ..if you need work on garage door please give them a call you won't be disappointed
