After checking in with me, Brandon was able to get to my home earlier in the day than my scheduled time, which worked out great for me. He performed a thorough check on my garage door and offered me four options, thoroughly explaining what each included, but putting no pressure on me at all. I really appreciated that! After my decision Brandon performed the work, explained his repairs and showed me everything he had done. My door now works great and is quieter than before. I would strongly recommend Precision Garage Doors and Brandon.

Brian and Will worked into the early evening to ensure that everything was working smoothly and we wouldn't have an open garage door over night. I highly recommend Brian for any service you may need with your garage door. Prior to his visit he gave me a 30 minute notice and said he was stopping to get gas and something to drink. He then asked would you like me to bring you something to drink when I come. I thought that was so considerate and thoughtful of him to even think to ask. Then when he arrived he saw the problem instantly and got to work fixing it right away. He had my garage door up and working again within 30 minutes. Brian you ROCK! Jake Huntress could not have been more affable. He did not waste any time. Made a diagnosis and gave me on an estimate before beginning the project. He double checked all the devices and explained what had been done to rebuild the door. He could not have been more conscientious and completed everything to my satisfaction. Brent came out for a repair and we wound up replacing the whole door but I am glad we did. And I have to say there was never any pressure to do so. He laid out all my options with honest answers to all my questions. The install was done promptly and looks great. He cleaned up after himself and should me how to operate things. He was very courteous and communicated well. The only negative was that one panel of the door has a small dent which will eventually affect the seal and he said they will be back to replace it. I will post an addendum later. So far, highly recommend.

Great communication from the office, tech showed up on time and appreciated the 30 minute call before arriving. Brain Payne our service Tech was great, went over our exsting garage door openers and suggested needed repairs. Replaced needed parts one one opener as well as installed a new garage door oepner. Would definitely call them anytime I need help with any of our garagre doors and openers.

On Monday, April 12, 2021 I had the rubber seal at the bottom of my garage door replaced. My appointment was an 8a-10a window. The technician who came to my home was David Allen. Before arriving he called then he texted me a photo. When David arrived he was friendly, courteous and wearing a mask. He was thorough and professional in explaining the work that he was going to do. When he finished he followed up with further explanation about the completed job. Then he made recommendations about future maintenance. The quality of his work was evident in the new expertly and securely installed rubber seal at the bottom of my garage door. Thank you for a job well done.

Had used this company three other times over the years and on this job we were WAY overcharged. The service rep was almost an hour late which bled into my work day and unfortunately I was unable to review with him the system he was installing as I could not get away from calls. I arranged my schedule to his promised time of arrival but was unable to move things when he showed up late. In review of the invoice we paid WAY more then other providers. It will be the last time I use them.
