Great experience! My service tech was Luke Mattia. Very professional! I had a broken spring on my larger garage door. He had it replaced in under 1 hour with no issues. He also performed a “safety check” and advised me of additional maintenance options he could provide (for a price $$$). I’ve used Precision Overhead Garage Door in the past and will continue to use them in the future. Thanks, Luke!

Robert did all he could to repair the existing opener. Took great care to trouble shoot the problem, but in the end the opener was shot and needed to be replaced. He explained the different types and Warranty Options on each. I was very happy with my decision to replace the opener and upgrade to better springs. The new modern features are a nice treat. Works great and is so much smoother and quite. Thanks for taking all the time to work on my opener and installing my new one, it is very much appreciated.

when I call to make appointment the ladies were very nice and help me and answer all my question. I received a call to do the job earlier and they work me into their schedule . I also received a call from installer giving me the time when to expect him. It was nice to work with this company and I would recommend them to anyone who needs a garage door repaired or replaced

Jonathan did a great job for us. He provided us with a professional and prompt installation and even removed a couple of sensors that weren't removed when the last installers put in our openers (from a different company years ago). We had two doors installed and removed; I thought there'd be two people doing the installation. Great job Jonathan - thanks.

David did an amazing job repairing our garage door spring, cables and rollers as well as installing our new garage door opener! I appreciated the courtesy call to remind us of our appointment and to let us know when he was on the way! He even went above and beyond and asked if we needed anything when he stopped to get a drink on the way! So nice! We also received a text message with the his name and bio, so it didn't seem like a complete stranger coming into our house! The work he did was incredible and he did it in an extremely timely manner! I would definitely recommend him for any garage door needs!

David was incredibly knowledgeable, kind and efficient. From the time he called me to tell me he was on the way I could tell that he was terrific, then with one look at my garage door he was able to explain in layman’s terms what I have, what the pros and cons of it are and why it stopped working. He took measurements and presented my with three options and zero pressure to go with any of them but plenty of information on exactly what the options would entail. He is not just someone who repairs garages doors. He is a passionate expert who knows his stuff!!
