Dave came out and installed a new opener yesterday. Today it would not work. He returned and fixed it within hours and freely admitted that he may have bumped the sensor as he was leaving. The work was done quickly and he cleaned up more than his mess. I would heartily recommend Precision for you garage door installation or repairs.

I was impressed at the knowledge and the communication skills of Brian, the man who fixed my garage door. I did not know how much there was to a garage door, all I ever did was push a button and the door opened or closed. When the door did not open, and I could not even lift it, I called Precision Door. Brian, the garage door expert explained the parts of the door, answered all of my questions about how the door works and showed me the parts of the door, and how to take care of it. He installed the new door, lubricated and replaced the really old arts and in no time, I had a working garage door. There was nothing to clean up, he did it all. I would gladly have him back if my other doors fail. I could not be more satisfied.

As we sat quietly reading in our living room on 10/6/2020, my wife and I heard an explosion and found the cable had snapped on our garage door, right beneath our feet. We were unable to reach our previous service who were closed, and finally left a message on their website to call us urgently. We googled for help and saw Precision. We read the good reviews and since they were the only service still taking calls, we contacted them. April answered and immediately understood our issues. She stayed on the line until she was able to schedule a repairman to come out the next morning. Brett arrived punctually and examined the door. He found the parts used to repair it previously were “used” and the cable was not sturdy enough to handle our double garage door. Brett wrote three estimates which we all discussed in detail. He neither rushed us to a decision, nor did he push us to buy something we did not need. We made our decision and in no time at all, Brett had the door working again with stronger, sturdier parts. He wrote a detailed report on the issue which included photos of the bad parts. We are delighted with the service we received from April and from Brett, and we hope that Brett becomes the go-to guy for our area of Hidden Valley Lake in Lawrenceburg, Indiana. We were impressed by his professionalism, his respect for our house, and even for our dog, Daisy, who belatedly wandered in to give him a woof. Customer service has always been more important to us than price, and Precision did a 5-star job on both. Between April and Brett, we are completely satisfied with Precision, and, more importantly, we feel safer. By the way, our previous service finally called a week later to see if we needed them.

Nice review of the condition of the door and its operation performed. Brett was knowledgeable. He explained the problems that were preventing the door from performing at its best; Made good, better, best recommendations. A few parts were replaced and all seems well. Just a matter of seeing how the parts last over time. I am confident everything will be great. Brett also deserves a 5 start.

Our garage door stopped working at an inopportune time. I called the night it went out and Brent came out the next morning. He was great told us the problem and gave us the options to put money into it or get a new opener. Weighing it out we decided to get the new opener. He was able to install it that day and didn’t take long for him to install. He showed us how to use it and put the app on the phone as well.
