Excellent service. I called and they were out the next day. The customer service rep was kind and considerate. The repairman texted before coming out as I had requested. Returned from vacation on Sunday afternoon only to discover garage door wouldn't open. I determined that spring had broken and was resigned to leaving car outside until a service person was available. I used Precision previously and checked their web page for phone number to call first thing Monday morning. Their website said "call anytime" so I did. To my surprise not only was call answered almost immediately, but they schedule a repairman to arrive first thing the next morning. As promised, they were there first thing in morning, service was prompt, professional and completed within the time they promised. Always a pleasant surprise to find a service company who delivers what they promise.

I choose Precession because there was no service call fee. The Technician George, was great. He was here approximately 30 minutes and corrected my issues. George was friendly and mission driven. My husband backed into our garage door at 3:45pm today (Labor Day weekend) !! I was not very hopeful that I would find a repair business at all much less available to come and fix my door between 4-6pm THE SAME DAY!! I called Precision and was answered by a REAL person!! She said Terry would be out between 4-6pm .... at 4:18pm I got a text from terry that he was on his way... he came quickly, sized up the situation and made the repairs in less than 20m !!! All for an incredibly reasonable price !! Plus he played with my golden doodle Mylee for a minute lol !! I can’t say enough good things about Precision Door Service !!!

After calling overhead door and AE door no services would be available until the next day. Asking the cell phone we got your phone number. We had 2 cars stuck in the garage and had appointments. George came and took care of our problem very quickly. His iservice was excellent and even added an extra spring which made the door operate smoother. Thanks to George he saved our day. Really happy with the installer very nice and took time to explain what he would do then after went through how to operate the garage door opener how it worked and the features. Done in a timely manner. Got them out the same day I called and on time. HAPPY with the price I was charged. Will recommend company without hesitation.
