Repair tech Tanner was early for the appointment and called to confirm this would be OK. He provided multiple service options and explained not only the options/what was included but also other reccomended preventative maintenance. He went through the breakdown top to bottom so I understood what happened and repaired the door quickly. A+ service!

These people are the real deal. I didn’t get to meet Justin, but was told by my mother-in-law that he was super kind and courteous to her, and he also dealt with everything I needed over the phone in a super professional manner. Jake was the guy installing the door and what a good time it was to have him here. Very fun to talk to, got the job done very quickly and even hauled away my old garage unit which he did out of just being a nice guy so that I didn’t have to. Overall the professionalism of this business is a 12/10 and they got the job done sooner than promised. HIGHLY recommend using precision garage doors of Cincinnati for all of your garage troubles. My door looks fantastic!! Thank you guys for taken care of my garage!

Reviews from Angie’s List and BBB was the original reason I contacted Precision for replacement of my garage door. I got estimates from other companies also. The final factor for choosing Precision was the professionalism of their representative Tanner Claybaker. The was thorough, knowledgeable, and very patient in answering all of my questions. I never felt pressured or rushed when he responded to my inquiries!

Brett did an outstanding job. Provided options, and solutions. Not only did perform his job in a timely manner, but he also informed you of all the work being done. Brett offered to pick up and iced tea for me on the way over. He also hauled away from some junk taking up space in the garage. He really went above and beyond the call of duty. This was beyond a five-star job.

Brent came by at 10:30 am today...inspected our garage door problem...and made his recommendation to solve the problem. I was not surprised that we needed a new garage door opening system...as it was the original system installed 40 years ago. Brent was very professional in installing the new unit (by himself, I might add)...added stronger braces than was put in 40 years ago...and explained the new system to me very well. My wife and I can't be happier with the service he provided us today. Brent is an excellent worker on your staff...and seems to truly love his work. Good luck keeping him. He'll be your competitor soon. Thanks for the good work provided today. Very seamless (and painless).
