David was very personable and knowledgeable about my 23 y/o noisy Genie screw drive opener. He inspected the opener and offered options to repair or replace with a new unit. After a bumpy start our experience with Precision ended very well. Our garage door was stuck closed with both our cars inside. We tried a couple other Garage service companies but none of them could get a tech out until the next day or later. They said they be out the same afternoon. When no one showed up I called. They explained there was a scheduling error on their part. The General Manager called to apologize and sent out their senior tech, Dave. Arriving after hours Dave helped us get the door up to get the cars out. He was willing to stay and complete the repair but we agreed to have him come back the next day. Long story short the repair was done early the next day. We were especially happy with the communications they provided us. The repair was done efficiently and we are very satisfied. Sometimes “stuff” happens but Precision went the extra yard to keep this customer happy. I would recommend them to all others

My garage door torsion bring broke; and I was able to online chat with Jess on Saturday to schedule an appointment for Wednesday. I was kept up to date and the service technician David called Wednesday with his arrival time. He arrived several minutes early and went right to work examining my garage door and in a very short period of time had several quotes for me. He knew my time crunch and worked quickly and efficiently; enabling me to get to my appointment on time. David is very courteous and conscientious. My garage door is now working and my garage is also cleaner than when David arrived.

Fast and friendly service from intial call to service techs. Tech called in the morning to confirm appt time and then again about 35 min out. Arrives on time as promised and quickly figured out my issue. Gave me several options to fix just my problem to updating my entire system which was needed. David was incredibly knowledgeable, kind and efficient. From the time he called me to tell me he was on the way I could tell that he was terrific, then with one look at my garage door he was able to explain in layman’s terms what I have, what the pros and cons of it are and why it stopped working. He took measurements and presented my with three options and zero pressure to go with any of them but plenty of information on exactly what the options would entail. He is not just someone who repairs garages doors. He is a passionate expert who knows his stuff!!
