My garage door torsion bring broke; and I was able to online chat with Jess on Saturday to schedule an appointment for Wednesday. I was kept up to date and the service technician David called Wednesday with his arrival time. He arrived several minutes early and went right to work examining my garage door and in a very short period of time had several quotes for me. He knew my time crunch and worked quickly and efficiently; enabling me to get to my appointment on time. David is very courteous and conscientious. My garage door is now working and my garage is also cleaner than when David arrived.

Fast and friendly service from intial call to service techs. Tech called in the morning to confirm appt time and then again about 35 min out. Arrives on time as promised and quickly figured out my issue. Gave me several options to fix just my problem to updating my entire system which was needed. No pressure either way from him and he explained everything in detail. Highly recommend

Wonderful experience from; setting appointment, communication through text/email up to arrival of repair crew, tracking crew arrival and time through GPS/mapping link, explanation of necessary repair and options, non pressure sale, timely and efficient repairs and reasonable cost. David Allen came to repair a broken belt on my garage door opener. He found that the cause of the broken belt was a internal problem and that allowed the door to over travel and the was causing the breakage. He gave me several options from just replacing the belt to complete opener replacement. There was no pressure to upsell me a new opener. However I knew that if there was internal problems it would happen again. So i had new opener installed. He actually had the new opener on the truck so everything was handled the same day. David actually showed me the problem area so i knew he was telling truth. I would have no problem recommending David and the Precision Door Service to anyone looking for garage door solutions.

Precision GDS is the epitome of professionalism We have purchased a garage door opener from David Allen. He was honest with us about the condition of our old garage door opener. He did not try to sell us somethig that we didn't need. I suggested a new opener, and he had options available for us. We ended up purchasing a Liftmaster opener, and he told us that it had a lifetime warranty, which was better than our old opener. We reccomend David very highly.
