Overall install was as expected. Warranty is the only benefit I see. I was robbed as I contacted two other shops this morning to make myself feel good with the decision. Oh boy was I wrong because they would install the same opener for $1000 less. Avoid if you can, I learned my lesson, please shop local!

My garage door opener surprised me when it stopped working altogether. I was also surprised at the extremely prompt service I received after calling Precision! I am not a mechicanically inclined person; I am an older citizen who has a hard time knowing if I am being taken advantage of or not. I have not had to purchase a garage door opener for over 30 years. You can imagine the culture shock when I learned about the pricing change that has occurred in those 30 years. Thank goodness for Seth Boyers (my technician.) He could see how confused I was. He eased my concerns and assured me that he wasn't in a hurry, he would not move forward until I was totally clear and confident, and that he was going to walk me through the process/equipment until I felt that we were on the same team and he and Percision would be there for me whenever I needed help of any kind.Thank you, Seth and Percision. Jonathan, our technician provided outstanding service in a professional, friendly manner. He called ahead to confirm the appointment. Upon arrival, his diagnosis was swift. He then performed an overall inspection of the garage door’s function, installed new light bulbs, and straightened a part that was slightly out of alignment, something I had not even noticed. Seth Boyers was the tech that worked on my garage door, and I couldn't have had a better one. He was very cordial and made me feel relaxed in knowing he knew what he was doing. It was a pleasure doing business with your company. First of all, when I called, I was able to get an appointment for the next day. Then I was glad to receive a text stating that the technician was on his was, along with a picture of the person to expect. Kevin was a true professional, listening to the problem and then figuring out what was needed. Unfortunately for me, my system was old and parts were no longer made, but he showed me the different options and was able to install the one I chose same day and by the time I had to leave to pick up the grandkids. I was very happy with the service I received today from Percision. Kevin corrected numerous issues that another company said were just fine. For the first time since the new system was installed, it is running quietly and not jerky. Also, the automatic light is working.

My technician was Justin today. He explained all the options for upgrading one of my garage doors with a new lift system and all the peripherals that go with it.
