Our garage door wouldn't close with the remote and was loud. Jimmy came out and was nice and professional. He offered me Good ($1851.35 replace motor), Better ($3512.77 to replace motor & spring) or Best ($3695.40 replace motor, springs, wheels) options for the repair. They charged me $145 for the quote. Decided to get a second opinion. The Garage Door Man removed the spider web (silk reflects light) that caused the sensor to trip and lubricated the door parts for $123.97. Either Jimmy doesn't know how to repair a garage door, or it is an opportunity to take advantage of someone with a frustrating problem.

I was in a bind. My spring had broken the night before and I needed to get something done during the day when I was off. It was great to see that I could not only schedule an appointment the next day but schedule one during the time before I needed to go to work.
