Our experience with Precision Overhead Garage Door Service was positive from beginning to end. Our door malfunctioned on a Sunday, and it was helpful that even on Sunday we were able to talk with a live person. We set an appointment for Monday. Prior to the appointment, we received a text including the name and picture of the technician being sent. He arrived on time, and was friendly and professional. After asking a few questions and assessing the situation, he presented us with three options (good, better, best) with pricing. I would certainly recommend Precision to others.

Jimmy came to my house yesterday to replace all moving parts on my garage door. From before he even showed up, until after he had left, his customer service was absolutely phenomenal. To add to that, when he figured out what was wrong with my garage, he gave many options to repair, with many options, and was absolutely not pushy about not getting the more expensive fixes. Once he was finished, he left my garage cleaner than it was when he got there. I won't hesitate to call them again if my garage breaks again.
