We chose your company thru glowing customer reviews online. Brian came to assess our problems. He was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and explained everything in a way that we understood the problem and our options. He replaced our garage door opener, rollers (and other minor things) and put in a new keypad, which hadn’t worked for 35 plus years. The garage door works well now, is QUIETER, doesn’t jump and rattle or get stuck, and the rollers don’t jump off the track! This brings us peace of mind in knowing a job is well done and we can depend on good performance from our garage door in the future. Called precision garage door because of your excellent rating on google and mostly great customer reviews. Brian Payne was the tech who did repairs to two garage doors. He was very nice and friendly and gave great customer service (even offered to bring me a cup of coffee)! He is knowledgeable about his work and did a great job.
