Precision Garage Door was World-Class from the start. It is clear from the web site that the customer is of prime importance- booking an appointment is surprisingly easy. The actual service was amazing- David was meticulous in his assessment and communication of the repairs needed. In less than three hours, he brought the system to "like-new" condition by installing new springs, rail, and motor and replacing broken hinges. We could not be happier with Precision's services, and highly recommend them.

Job was done well but I felt like I was trying to be sold more than I needed. I had to make the same repair a few years ago before I had a new door installed and it was a couple hundred dollars less so I don’t know if it is inflation or something else. At least I can get my cars out!!!

I am so happy with the service I received from your company. Justin Napierala was awesome. He was courteous, respectful, and very knowledgeable. He walked me through his troubleshooting process and helped me decide on a plan of action. He had everything he needed for the repairs with him. Called for a spring repair. Understood service call would require payment. However the repairman was a salesman as well and upsold unnecessary items on a 4 year old door. Only wanted spring replaced but options started at over $1000. Not at all what I was looking for. Be prepared for more conversation and selling than you should have to deal with.
