Tech installed new garage door spring because door was difficult to open and would not stay open. A week or so later his repair work failed because the door had to be held up with a 4x4. He later fixed the problem on a return visit. Upon closing the door after he left somehow the door shifted and I had extreme difficulty putting the lock in the latch to lock the door before I left. I'll have to move the entire latch to make easier to install the lock. I would not recommend you company to anyone unless they wanted inferior workmanship. If I had known what I know now I would have never called your company.

I called precision to come look at my garage door. The operator was very professional and scheduled a same day appointment. Chris was dispatched out and was extremely helpful and explained everything thoroughly. After he figured out the issues 3 different options were given price wise. Did not commit to the service because I didn’t realize the extent of what we needed and the cost so going to get a second opinion but start to finish was top notch in communication and customer service.

My garage door wouldn't open so I called Precision Garage Door Service at 8:15am this morning and they said they would have a service person to our house by noon. Kevin arrived at 11am and said he would have to install a new door opener and he was finished by 1pm! Many thanks to everyone at Precision and especially Kevin! Came out to a busted spring and needed whole system replaced. Tech was great and they came out within an hour on Sunday morning, Mother’s Day. Everything looks and works great. Wish I was a bit more diligent looking at pricing because it seems even with it being a holiday Sunday, most sources are saying I overpaid nearly $750-$1000. Great, speedy service and awesome tech overall.

Our garage door opener stopped working. The very next day Brandon came out and gave us three very specific options on how to fix or replace our older model of garage door opener. Precision Garage Door Service - We called Precision on May 5 and spoke to a person who had notes on our previous experience with them in March. I told them about our current problem with the door operating issues with opening and closure. They immediately scheduled a service provider to come the next day, May 6. Chris Daughtery, our service provider, provided excellent, professional service in a friendly kind way showing much concern and desire to fully fix the problem we had with our garage door operation. He fully identified the problem immediately and was able to fix it within 15 minutes. Our garage door now operates excellently. The overall experience with Chris was great, and he was so very kind, friendly and caring.
