While the technician explained the situation, I found the overall experience was very expense with the options given to me. On top of everything, the service charge which was $175, which was never disclosed with any of my conversations with anyone within this company. I would not recommend this company. I was expecting more from this company.

It was super easy to get an appointment. I was kept up to date on the timing of the appointment. Jonthan called to give me an update as to his ETA. He was very personable and respectful.
