I looked up garage door repair online and I wanted to find one somewhat close by. I had used a different company in the past but they were apparently having issues with their employees so I decided to find someone new. I was completely surprised to not only talk to a real person on the phone, but to set up an appointment for someone to come to my house the very same day!! I was already impressed. Then the technician, Chris Daughtery arrived and I was doubly impressed. He was so helpful, informative, and personable…explaining everything in easy-to-understand terms. My technician was Christophe Woods My spring broke and I called immediately the scheduled me the next morning. My spring broke but I also had issues with my opener. Chris assessed everything and went through throughly what was going on. He repaired my spring and installed an opener. He then walked me through on how to set up and use my opener. He is very professional and knowledgeable! I can’t say nothing but positive things about Chris! I really appreciate you taking the time and doing a great job for me! The prices on the other hand was shocking but I haven’t had to do anything with my garage for a few years. Everything is expensive now! Thanks so much Chris!

Technician Justin Napierala was extremely professional. He went through every step of the process with us and asked if we had questions. He did a great job and when he was finished walked us through what he completed and again made sure we were happy and if had any questions again. When he called to let us know he was on his way he asked if we need anything while he stopped to get fuel. That is a first and the kind of service that goes above and beyond expectations. Because of the prompt service and Justin's professionalism we will be referencing Precision to anyone that is need of garage door assistance.

My expectations were met and exceeded. Jimmy Schmidt was my technician and he was so awesome. He was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and articulate. He gave me education on my doors and provided several repair options, and did so while having such a warm demeanor. He called to confirm I was booked on his calendar and then called again to let me know when he was on his way from the prior appointment and provided an ETA. He even offered to bring a coffee or drink from the gas station where he was fueling his vehicle! While I'm not excited that my spring broke and I had to repair it, Jimmy and Precision Door made it as painless as possible.

I had an excellent experience with Precision Overhead Garage Door Service of Cincinnati, and I especially want to recognize my technician, Harley Carter. From start to finish, Harley was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly easy to work with. He stayed in constant communication throughout the entire process, explained everything clearly, and took the time to walk me through all of the features after the installation was complete. He didn’t just rush through the job, he made sure I understood exactly what was being replaced and why. My original system was from 2002 and had multiple issues, including worn rollers, aging components, and failing parts. Harley explained everything in a way that made it easy to make an informed decision, and I never felt pressured. The work itself was outstanding. Both garage door systems were completely rebuilt with new LiftMaster smart openers, springs, rollers, and hardware, all backed by a lifetime warranty. The doors are now incredibly smooth, quiet, and feel much safer and more reliable than before. What stood out the most was Harley’s attention to detail and the pride he takes in his work. He made sure everything was set up properly, programmed the remotes and keypads, and even walked me through the smart app features before leaving. Overall, this was a very positive experience, and I’m extremely grateful for the level of service provided. I would absolutely recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door Service of Cincinnati to anyone, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
