David did a great job. Very thorough and courteous. He explained the issue well along with his recommendation on how to fix. Very quick as well. Precision was out within an hour and a half of calling and had everything fixed under 1.5 hours.

I called Thursday afternoon with a broken cable. I was given an appointment for Friday morning. Our technician was Christopher Woods. Chris called us early Friday to confirm. Called us again within 30 minutes of arrival. Could not have asked for a better technician. He was so polite, clean, friendly but most importantly, Chris knew his job. Would definitely want him back if further work was needed!

The technicians were timely, friendly, helpful and installation-efficient. However, the total cost ($2600) seems very high.Since your invoice doesn't itemize labor costs, I assume they are built into the materials charges. Next time, I'll do some cost comparisons before selecting a garage door service provider. Ron Crowley

I was told tech would be here between 10-12. David called at 9:50 to tell me he was finishing up the previous job and he would call route, which he did. David and Anthony asked me numerous questions, evaluated the problem and then gave me option with explanations of each. They installed, cleaned up and showed me how to operate each function. I was very impressed with their courteous manner and complete knowledge of product.

The issue was resolved in a reasonable amount of time. Anthony and David were professional and courteous. They explained the 23-point check for safety that they performed and answered all my questions and provided me with options before the service began.
