I had a great experience with Precision Garage Door today. It’s a Saturday so I wasn’t sure what to expect when I called for a service call. To my surprise they had same day availability later in the afternoon. To my delight technician Geoffrey Grouse called a short time later and said he was available earlier than expected. He was friendly, professional, efficient, and genuinely happy to help fix my garage door. He did a thorough inspection and offered several options for replacing parts and pointing out what could break in the future. The pricing was fair and the service was excellent. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door for any and all garage door issues

A phone conversion addressed the possible issues which might not require a service call. Great company, Christopher was on time and explained what he was going to do. He went over the whole door and opener and told me about the different steps to fix my door . He didn't pressure me in any way, he let me make all the decisions! After that he went right to work, and in no time my door was fixed. Will definitely use them again.

They were able to show up the same day and an hour earlier than scheduled which in turn made my afternoon easier. The staff were courteous and friendly as well as knowledgeable about their product. Harley Carter was my technician and he did a great job of replacing my old worn out broken motor.

Everyone I worked with was very personable and willing to help in any way possible. My door technician/installer, Keon, was fantastic. He was informative and helpful. He answered all of my questions. Keon provided stellar service and installed my door quickly. I appreciated the level of care he displayed. This is the second time i've used Precision Door, and I absolutely would again (hopefully I don't have any more issues though!)
