I was extremely satisfied with the entire experience. To start, I was shocked when they booked my appt for the next day from the time I called. Since my car was stuck in the garage until they could fix it, that alone won me over. Brandon was prompt, professional, communicated very well and was also very knowledgeable. Next year we plan on buying new doors and will come here to make that purchase. I recommend them - 100%!!

Brandon arrived on time and got right to work. He did a great job of explaining exactly what was wrong and what was needed to fix our garage door. He replaced the garage door opener and the springs. Happy with the service. Answered phone right away and got me scheduled. They helped me coordinate with technician since he was able to arrive early. Technician (Brandon) was knowledgeable, nice, and efficient and answered all questions. He fixed the broken spring, added new rollers, and new drums/cable all in same day as I called. Can't really comment on value of price because I had nothing to compare it to. I think it was about $800 all in (parts, labor, taxes etc) but overall I am happy.

Brandon Quast was the technician who worked on my garage door and he was very professional and knowledgable of the garage door business. He explained everything that I needed to fix my garage door, then he explained to me what he would recommend to bring the door up to top quality as far as repairs in the future. It was quite more expensive but I told him to go ahead and do the more expensive work. He is an asset to your company. He also cleaned up very well after he was finished. Garage door repairs including 2 new springs installed. Service Tech (Brandon Quast) was prompt, courteous, and he thoroughly explained the repairs that needed to be made. He electronically transmitted a photo copy of himself prior to his arrival for easy identification which was impressive. He completed the task in a timely manner with very satisfactory results. I have not previously use Precision Overhead Garage Door Service, but after the professional repairs that were made on my garage door, I would continue to rely on them and highly recommend their craftmanship to our neighbors.

After checking in with me, Brandon was able to get to my home earlier in the day than my scheduled time, which worked out great for me. He performed a thorough check on my garage door and offered me four options, thoroughly explaining what each included, but putting no pressure on me at all. I really appreciated that!
