I called Precision on May 21, 2019 because my garage door would not open; the spring broke, etc. Mr. Ranier Salcedor arrived and reviewed my problem. He gave me three quotes; two were for repair costs and one was for a replacement door. Due to the age of the door, I elected to replace my door. Ray arrived at 8:15 AM the following morning and installed my new garage door. He did an outstanding job. Ray was very professional and very knowledgeable of garage doors!!!

The result of the work is fine, but I walked away feeling scammed. I signed for a specific price, but they tried to charge me $30 more than I signed for, the eventually acted like it was a favor to remove $15 of it, and ended up paying more than I signed for. They also left with a gap in my garage door when closed. I had them come back and fix it, and they said the assumed it had always been like that. It took them all of 10 minutes to fix. If they had my interest in mind, they would have fixed it, or at least told me about it before they left. I didn't notice it until after they left. They didn't even show me that it worked before leaving, in my mind, because I would have seen that gap. Not happy at all with being charged too much in general, but they get you because you have to pay them $75 if you don't use them, for the service call. For what it's worth, I googled how much to pay for a professional spring installation, and it was $200-$300. I paid $404.

George from the Precision Team sent us a text that he was on his way a little before the appointment time of 12 -2. He was punctual and honest with the diagnosis of our garage door problem. He adjusted the spring that operates the door when he could have said the spring was shot and charged us for a new one. That kind of honesty and integrity is what will get all of our families' future business. Excellent service. I called and they were out the next day. The customer service rep was kind and considerate. The repairman texted before coming out as I had requested. He knew exactly what to do on arrival and all of the tools were with him. Everything was fixed within an hour and a half. I would definitely recommend.

On time, fixed the issue and was priced reasonably. I’d use them again in a heartbeat. And I’d like to add our technician was great. One spring had broken so we had them replace both. He stated there was no need to replace one of the doors wire cords, saving us money. Would recommend highly.
