Jennifer received my call professionally located my service history. Listened to my concerns & swiftly scheduled appointment for repair. Brian who’d come out shortly after initial installation reached out to me first thing on the morning of my appointment following up with regular updates until his arrival. Knowledgeable courteous & professional he assessed situation making necessary adjustments. Jake, the owner provided my original quote & in the midst of pandemic he & staff got my garage door installed. If you’re looking for help in this industry they’re the Best!

I was sold on your reviews from others. I was pleased Precision Door sent a technician and not a repairman, which indicated, I would not be charged by you, for showing up. Your tech was very engaging and knowledgable, represented your organization well. He was direct, and honest, and offered more than one option to correct my issues. I had 2 bottom rails, and seals replaced. Will be a customer for life.

Brett Sackenheim did a great job! On time, professional and personable. I called for a simple bottom seal replacement and before starting he did a thorough inspection. Springs and rollers were at end of life, so he recommended replacement. A bit of an upsell, but the end result is much improved performance. Happy get a clean bill of health on my door. Will call them next time for sure.

Called PDS for garage door repair. Ray was the technician. A text was sent before arrival with his photo and bio. I thought that was a nice touch. He was very personable and knowledgeable. Explained everything and showed me the bad parts. Repaired the door in under an hour. I was very pleased with everything. The price was right. Would not hesitate to call again. I will recommend to my family and friends.

Excellent communication. Arrived on time and completed job in a timely fashion. Technician was knowledgeable and helpful. Price of job was higher than I expected but I didn't shop competitors so I can't comment on how it compares to other companies.

Returned from vacation on Sunday afternoon only to discover garage door wouldn't open. I determined that spring had broken and was resigned to leaving car outside until a service person was available. I used Precision previously and checked their web page for phone number to call first thing Monday morning. Their website said "call anytime" so I did. To my surprise not only was call answered almost immediately, but they schedule a repairman to arrive first thing the next morning. As promised, they were there first thing in morning, service was prompt, professional and completed within the time they promised. Always a pleasant surprise to find a service company who delivers what they promise.

My husband backed into our garage door at 3:45pm today (Labor Day weekend) !! I was not very hopeful that I would find a repair business at all much less available to come and fix my door between 4-6pm THE SAME DAY!! I called Precision and was answered by a REAL person!! She said Terry would be out between 4-6pm .... at 4:18pm I got a text from terry that he was on his way... he came quickly, sized up the situation and made the repairs in less than 20m !!! All for an incredibly reasonable price !! Plus he played with my golden doodle Mylee for a minute lol !! I can’t say enough good things about Precision Door Service !!!

Austin came out and did a great job. He called when he was about 30mins from arriving and arrived on time. We had recently purchased a large SUV and needed 2-3 more inches of height under the door. He quickly problem solved, was able to make the necessary adjustments, offered other helpful maintenance tips, while being friendly and working quickly. Thanks for the excellent service.

Precision Overhead Garage Door Company sold and installed both our garage door and opener (on separate occasions). Yesterday our garage door opener bit the dust. Adam was out within 2 hours and said that he could repair the opener or replace it. We opted to replace it. He had it installed in about an hour. He was a refreshingly professional and friendly. You products are high quality and so are your installers. 5 stars to Adam and Precision.

Precision Door Service texted me when David Allen was on his way to service my garage door, even including his picture. David was very personable and knowledgeable about my 23 y/o noisy Genie screw drive opener. He inspected the opener and offered options to repair or replace with a new unit. I chose the new belt drive opener and am very satisfied with the new Lift Master unit. I would highly recommend David Allen and PDS products.
