Our technician, David, was great! I had a few items we were concerned about and he took the time to explain the issues. He patiently waited (about 10 minutes) til my husband got back to explain in detail, again, the issues and what he could do to solve. He was able to do everything while he was here, which was a great plus. David was very professional and easy to communicate with. We used Precision Door in Lexington, Ky and Precision Door is the only company I called here in the Nky/Cincinnati area. And again… very pleased!! Thank you!!

We called Precision Garage Door Service to come out and inspect our garage door. We knew it needed some work and after watching the advertisement on television we were impressed by the fact that they had everything on the truck to fix problems that were noticed. Your service person, David Lenhardt was so polite, on time and inspected everything. I told him about the concerns we noticed and he was ready to get to work and let me know how he could help. He gave me 4 options to choose from in fixing our problems. I called my husband and he talked with him and we got all the repairs that were needed. David got to work and it was completed in a timely manner. I cannot thank you enough for everything that was done. Also when I called to set up the appointment your staff was so nice setting up the appointment quickly. I will recommend your company to anyone. Again thanks to David Lenhardt and Precision Garage Door for a job well done.

While the tech seemed to be knowledgeable he was a salesman. I requested a repairman and was dissatisfied with his approach. When he quoted me three options the least at $560 I knew I was in trouble. I can buy a while NEW system at Lowe's for $179. He even pulled the circuit board from the motor, and without testing any diodes explained this may be part of the problem. I am familiar with these boards and know they can die but I assure this was not the case. It was evident my door problem was in the trolley. The years are stripped and grind when you go to open the door. I will not use your services in the future.

We had seen commercials for Precision and decided to call them based on their BBB rating and reviews. The appointment was scheduled for the next day. David Lenhardt came out and was very courteous, knowledgeable and professional. The spring was broken and David was thorough in explaining the different options for repair and longevity. He took the time to answer all of our questions so we could make an informed decision on the best option. We are very pleased with the quick repair and lifetime warranty. Called Precision when my garage door wouldn't open, even manually; got an appointment within that same calendar week, with an immediate text & email confirmation. Reminders the day before and the day of the appointment, with the specialist calling himself on the day. David & David carefully examined, diagnosed and repaired my door, providing me with explanations of needed work and multiple options for upgrades- they even evaluated the other door to ensure its function, which I'd not thought to request. On the basis of this experience I wholeheartedly recommend Precision for repair and replacement of garage door systems.

I had a minor problem with the keypad for one of my garage doors. Precision scheduled an appointment very quickly and exactly for the time period I requested. when I call to make appointment the ladies were very nice and help me and answer all my question. I received a call to do the job earlier and they work me into their schedule . I also received a call from installer giving me the time when to expect him. I also ask if he would text me to confirm so I knew when to expect the truck and Dave was very nice and answer all my question before , during and after the job was finish . It was nice to work with this company and I would recommend them to anyone who needs a garage door repaired or replaced

David did an amazing job repairing our garage door spring, cables and rollers as well as installing our new garage door opener! I appreciated the courtesy call to remind us of our appointment and to let us know when he was on the way! He even went above and beyond and asked if we needed anything when he stopped to get a drink on the way! So nice! We also received a text message with the his name and bio, so it didn't seem like a complete stranger coming into our house!
