Justin was awesome fixing the garage door issue at our house today. He took time to hear what the issue was and then worked, in 38 degree garage, to get the garage door working. During testing, he noticed the door wasn't opening quite as it should and so he replaced the springs as they were working as expected. After several adjustments and up/down tests, the garage door is now working properly and efficiently. He also walked me through regular maintenance is needed to keep it working. We have used precision for a few years now and they wanted to charge us an outrageous amount to simply replace the rubber seal at the bottom of the garage door. I'm so sick and tired of companies who we have done work with try and take advantage of us.
