My name is Rice . I've seen a lot of TV ads about Precision and I checked out the website and was pleased to see that there is a Brown County location which services my area. So often companies advertise their services in our area but fail to offer service here in farm country . Therefore we are relegated to service folks that are handy men who farm or relatives with little experience. Justin was a PRO. He was very polite and patient with my many questions. He worked quickly and efficiently and cleaned up the packaging and removed the rail and motor. Many people do not have the ability to work and talk simultaneously for some reason. Justin did not waste time and is meticulous even with securing the wires from the motor in a tight, neat manner. Nothing was slipshod ; he pays attention to the details and is very articulate in his explanations. It was pleasure to do business with him .
