Robert did all he could to repair the existing opener. Took great care to trouble shoot the problem, but in the end the opener was shot and needed to be replaced. He explained the different types and Warranty Options on each. I was very happy with my decision to replace the opener and upgrade to better springs. The new modern features are a nice treat. Works great and is so much smoother and quite. Thanks for taking all the time to work on my opener and installing my new one, it is very much appreciated.

Robert was very good he went above and beyond to explain and make sure I understand what needed to be done and why!!! He replaced our spring as it has broken and replaced cable and rollers on both doors!!!! He took pictures and told me what was wrong and presented me with options and I made decisions on what I wanted done!!! I asked about replacing our doors he said they are still in good shape!!! I highly recommend him because he takes his time and truly cares

Precision installed my garage door opener about 2-1/2 years ago. A couple weeks ago it was sometimes not closing All the way - it would go partially down and then open up again. The technician today was Robert Bongiorno. He was absolutely wonderful. Very professional and knowledgeable. He told me about the App for my phone and I asked him if he would install it for me. He kindly took care of that and walked me through how to use it. I asked him if he would put new batteries in my two remotes which he also did for me. This was a wonderful experience and speaks very highly for the integrity of your company.

Our garage doors were not opening or closing easily and were sticking or clanking closed. Robert showed up and explained to me what was causing the problems and what needed to be fixed to correct the issue. He also explained what additional steps could be taken to ensure the complete proper function of the doors. He explained the benefits of each option and why it made sense. He was very professional in his work and we were completely satisfied

Precision was quick to come out (within 2 hours) and was quick to do the repair (within 45 minutes of starting). All very good. My biggest issue is with pricing. $500 to install parts that retail for less than $150. I was told that they don't charge for labor, but that is not really true, as it is obviously built into their pricing. My other issue is that even though the only part broken was the spring, I was told that the minimum job was to replace the Spring, the bearing and the cables (tacking on about $200 for parts that retail for maybe $25). I later contacted other companies for the other garage door and got bids of $286 and $337 for the same job and could save even more by not being required to replace the bearing and cables. I was supposed to receive, by email, within 24 hours, according to the technician, warranty information. I'm still waiting. Why not provide a paper copy when the work was performed? Also the manager from Precision had emailed and was supposed to be calling me. It is now a week gone by and no phone call. Maybe before going with Precision, contact some other companies first to get a fair price. That's my suggestion.

Robert arrived two days early due to an appointment cancellation and arrived right on time. He is a great guy and did the work quickly and efficiently in my unheated garage. Best of all, all the required parts were on the truck. I'll definitely use them again.

I was having problems with my garage door springs and an appointment was made within two days. The technician (Robert) showed up on time and was extremely courteous and professional. He performed a complete inspection of the door and made recommendations on what was necessary and a few that were optional. Once I decided on what I wanted done he got to work and was finished much quicker than I expected. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service.
