I had a broken spring on one garage door and under-performing springs on the other, as well as worn bushings and rollers. Technician David Allen was on time in the arrival window and gave me a 30-minute heads-up call as well. He thoroughly explained to me the problem areas of both doors and offered different solution options to get both working in top condition. I ask a lot of questions, and he was very patient with me. Once I approved the work he competently and efficiently fixed it all. He even helped talk me through some carburator repair on my lawn mower! What a guy! Thanks again!

SO HAPPY with the service!!!… We bought our home last Fall and we have original garage doors (2004). The VERY loud, rattling, noise when opening/closing the doors were making me crazy. David Allen (installer) called to let me know he was on his way (even offering to pick something up if I needed it, while he was getting gas in his truck – how thoughtful is that?! ????). He also sent a text message so I was able to track his travel time to our home. He arrived right on time this morning. David explained our options. We decided to have him rebuild both garage door systems; new motors, new moving parts, etc. We also had him install a new keypad on the outside of the garage door for keyless entry. David helped me set up the myQ wireless system which is an awesome app allowing you to open and close the doors by using your iphone! One thing that was very unusual (in a great way) about David was how he boasted proudly about the company; “we work very hard to give great customer satisfaction, we have the best products, we have great training, and we always want to do the best job for our customers.” He pointed to his uniform and said, “all of this costs money; our uniforms, these nice trucks, and we take care of everything and take pride in doing so.” ???? The owner should feel very proud to have an employee speaking so highly of the company and about all the reasons why the customer would want to use this company. David did a stellar job and we’re absolutely thrilled with our very QUIET door systems!!! We highly recommend this company!

I live in a condo and have 2 garages with 15 year old garage door lifts that were on the way out. I called at 9 a.m. and David Allen was here by 1. He kept in touch with me and let me know exactly when he would be here. I had decided before he got here that instead of trying to fix them, I would just have both replaced. He explained everything to me and the price for all. I’m sure it was way more work than he was expecting to do and it took him all afternoon. He did a great job and I’m glad I decided to go new. My doors now actually open and close as they should and are quiet and smooth! I would recommend your company and David to anyone!! Thanks Precision- well done!

From the initial phone call through the final interaction, representatives from Precision Door lived up to their name - precise and professional. Dave arrived promptly, explained multiple alternatives, and explained clearly what he recommended. I asked a few questions and his responses were cogent. Although, I did not opt for the most extensive and expensive repairs, Dave, who was joined later by Robert, worked expeditiously to fix the problem permanently by replacing springs, rollers, bearings, and cables. They were wonderful. David explained options to me and we had my son on the phone so he could help me decide the option I decided on - new springs and rollers. I had spilled some peaches under my car and they picked them up for me and put my dumpster next to the house. They did not have to that. (I need a walker to get around.)

The response time could not have been much faster. Called early morning and on site by noon. The broken spring coil was replaced. Dave Allen and Assistant (Dave) were fantastic. Explained everything thoroughly. I did have some sticker shock on the price. Dave and Dave remediated everything in about an hour. The final price seemed steep for an hour of work and material prices. I would still recommend Precision for the response time, professionalism and assurance to resolve the problem.

David was incredibly knowledgeable, kind and efficient. From the time he called me to tell me he was on the way I could tell that he was terrific, then with one look at my garage door he was able to explain in layman’s terms what I have, what the pros and cons of it are and why it stopped working. He took measurements and presented my with three options and zero pressure to go with any of them but plenty of information on exactly what the options would entail. He is not just someone who repairs garages doors. He is a passionate expert who knows his stuff!!

After a bumpy start our experience with Precision ended very well. Our garage door was stuck closed with both our cars inside. We tried a couple other Garage service companies but none of them could get a tech out until the next day or later. They said they be out the same afternoon. When no one showed up I called. They explained there was a scheduling error on their part. The General Manager called to apologize and sent out their senior tech, Dave. Arriving after hours Dave helped us get the door up to get the cars out. He was willing to stay and complete the repair but we agreed to have him come back the next day. Long story short the repair was done early the next day. We were especially happy with the communications they provided us. The repair was done efficiently and we are very satisfied. Sometimes “stuff” happens but Precision went the extra yard to keep this customer happy. I would recommend them to all others

David Allen was fantastic in his work on our garage door. On the way to our house, he even offered to bring me a coffee or water, which was a small but very kind gesture. Over the course of 2 hours, he clearly communicated the challenges that our door was facing. He presented options for repair and pros/cons of each. Overall, I was impressed with the reminders, introductory text message featuring David on his way over, and overall service from Precision. Easy 5-star experience with David Allen.
