Precision Garage Door was World-Class from the start. It is clear from the web site that the customer is of prime importance- booking an appointment is surprisingly easy. The actual service was amazing- David was meticulous in his assessment and communication of the repairs needed. In less than three hours, he brought the system to "like-new" condition by installing new springs, rail, and motor and replacing broken hinges. I was told tech would be here between 10-12. David called at 9:50 to tell me he was finishing up the previous job and he would call route, which he did.
