I ended up needing a new opener and Jonathan G. was very efficient with the install. He worked the whole time he was here and cleaned up everything. Not only all of that, but they were quick about getting someone out to my house, and it's nice that they send you a message with your technicians picture and a little about them so you know who exactly is coming to your house.

Precision Door Service installed my garage door opener several years ago shortly after I moved in. I reached out again recently when my garage door was not responding consistently to the remote. The office was able to schedule an appointment the next day. The technician, Jonathan, was very professional, courteous, and personable. He checked the system and found the cause to the issue. The door also had worn cables, rollers, etc. from the original install years ago. These were replaced and the door now functions like new. He also helped me reconnect the system to the WiFi. I was also very pleased with the text updates for the appointment including who the technician would be along with his photo. I definitely would recommend your company and also appreciate your customer service.

Tech was very polite and was on time. My overhead garage door springs were bad; the tech convinced me to get all new parts that support the door for “safety”. He said he was done, but the garage door still squeaked- I told him that squeak has to go, and he did some additional work. I don’t know about the cost to repair things so I’m at the mercy of the integrity of the contractor. My husband wasn’t here for the repair. So it was on me to decide. I was charged over double what I should have been charged for this job according to my husband. 1500$ for overhead springs, new rollers, drums and a cable. I read the lowest reviews on Google after the job was done and now see many complaints about extreme overpricing by Precision. I honestly thought that I had called The Overhead Door Company which my friends recommended. This number popped up in my search engine when I typed in Overhead Door. It is NOT Overhead Door. This is Overhead Garage Door- Precision. I understand companies need to make money- but this pricing feels unethical. They will say, “Your parts have a lifetime guarantee”, not worth the exorbitant cost. I can’t recommend.

However, the total cost ($2600) seems very high.Since your invoice doesn't itemize labor costs, I assume they are built into the materials charges. Best Customer Service EVER! My service time was a two-hour window. Most don't call even when they are over the time limit...but Jonathan Guffey called and let me know he was still on the previous call and kept me informed as to when he could be expected. The tech John came out for what I thought would be a simple repair. My door and parts are about 3 years old. Instead, he presented me with 3 options ranging in cost from $1,050 to $3,600 (for replacing all parts). THIS IS A THREE YEAR OLD DOOR/PARTS. I paid a $145 service fee so that he could come out and try to extort me for thousands.

Very pleased from the original service call for a broken spring. To replacing all the rollers and tuning the door. A frayed cable was missed at that time but after notifying the issued it was fixed very quickly. Fast forward to today noticed cable was frayed again and found cable rubbing mounting bracket . Johnathan came and quickly and professionally fixed the problem. Very happy with the timely and professional repair. Highly recommend your services whenever I can.
