Jonathan appeared on time with a clean and professional attire and service van. The personal picture in the text is a nice touch as it is beneficial to validate who's comig to the door and that they are legitimate. I called your company for repair on my garage door. Explained problem in detail, made appt for the next week. The day before tech was to arrive, the office called, wanted to know again what problem was. I explained again. She said "we don't repair panels", I asked why did you schedule the appt then. I was irritated, just order a new door. Said be in in 2 weeks, 3 weeks later the door was in. Jonathan stopped 2 days before install to verify measurements and to make sure he had everything when he returned. He arrived today, installed door, no problems, made sure I was happy with the door and if I had any questions. He did an awesome job, and was very personable to talk with. Even though I got the run around at first, I am satisfied with the door and with John.

Jonathan G. did a amazing job on repairing my exiting garage door. It had come loose from the frame. The door motor was old also. Jon was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained all my options. He installed a new door motor that includes a security Camara which I absolutely love and you can download the app to set up everything from your phone, along with new rollers and springs. I'm over the moon and so happy that my garage door works like it should and looks like it should. I highly recommend Precision Overhead garage door services. Jon was so nice, kind, and thorough.

We highly recommend this business. We were very impressed with John's professionalism. Not only was his product knowledge and service outstanding, he was very friendly and explained everything with details that we could easily understand. We have multi garages and although we only planned to have one door serviced, John offered options for upgrading and replacing two older doors on a different garage. Precision is a very professional organization, from the scheduler who takes your original call and notes all pertinent information and documents it in writing. I received a confirmation via text that my technician would be Jonathan and it included his picture and a brief bio. He was very amiable, knowledgeable and skilled. The work was completed quickly with very high quality components. You get what you pay for, so their fees are expensive, but, in my opinion, they're worth it.
